我院现有：中国工程院院士1名，全国工程勘察设计大师4名，当代中国百名建筑师4名，博士生导师8名，硕士生导师47名，中国青年建筑师奖获得者14名，高级以上职称115名，一级注册建筑师105名，一级注册结构工程师41名，其他注册工程、规划师89名，培养了一大批具有较高学术造诣的各专业技术带头人。

At present, the Institute has one academician of the Chinese Academy of engineering, four national engineering survey and design masters, four hundred architects in contemporary China, eight doctoral tutors, 47 master tutors, 14 winners of the China young architect award, 115 with senior titles or above, 105 first-class registered architects, 41 first-class registered structural engineers, and 89 other registered engineers and planners, It has cultivated a large number of professional and technical leaders with high academic attainments.

Adhering to the quality policy of pragmatism, honesty, courage, innovation, pursuit of excellence, tolerance and harmony, and promoting the advantages of colleges and universities, building a sense of quality, creating excellent designs and delivering sincere services, we have created a large number of excellent design works with profound cultural heritage and high technical content, such as the China Pavilion of the 2010 Shanghai WorldExpo, the expansion project of the memorial hall of the victims of the Nanjing Massacre of the Japanese invaders The West Tower of the Pearl River new town and Dachang National Palace have coordinated development in the architectural design and planning of Cultural Expo buildings, educational buildings, super high-rise buildings, sports buildings, exhibition buildings, rail transit hubs, modern civil residences, new science and technology industrial parks, hotel buildings and health industries.

目前我院共荣获各类奖项600多项，其中国际级奖项3项，国家级奖项25项（金奖5项，银奖12项，铜奖5项），国家级行业协会奖项72项，省部级奖项376项，中国建筑学会设计创作类奖100项，梁思成建筑奖1项，梁思成建筑提名奖1项，光华工程奖1项，国家科学技术进步奖二等奖1项，广东省科学技术突出贡献奖1项，广东省科学技术奖励一等奖1项，获奖数量在华南地区设计院中位居第一，全国名列前茅。
