南通滨海园区规划展示馆，南通/建筑设计

项目基地位于南通滨海新区行政中心区，北临府前路,南临城市河道，西邻经二路，东临市民广场。作为历史上著名的文化商业中心，南通的民居和园林作为设计的主要的参考元素对建筑的整体造型和景观布置产生了重要影响。与此同时，作为国内仅次于天津滨海新区的最有潜力的新型科技城市，可持续的高科技元素被充分运用到建筑的整体设计，并采取当地江南建筑元素，拼贴，重组为一座承接历史展望未来的综合性建筑。

 

The project base is located in the administrative center of Nantong Binhai New Area, adjacent to Fuqian road in the north, urban river in the south, Jinger road in the West and citizen square in the East. As a famous cultural and commercial center in history, Nantong folk houses and gardens, as the main reference elements of design, have had an important impact on the overall shape and landscape layout of buildings. At the same time, as the most potential new high-tech city in China next to Tianjin Binhai New Area, sustainable high-tech elements have been fully applied to the overall design of the building, and the local Jiangnan architectural elements have been taken to collage and reorganize into a comprehensive building that undertakes the history and looks forward to the future.
