项目位于济宁市高新区,崇文大道北,商业部分充分考虑城市形象和活力,通过起伏的天际线展现良好的城市界面。通过引进智能平台和科创企业,打造开放共享的多元办公,营造人文交流,艺术内核的复合空间。

玻璃幕墙相信大家并不会陌生,平时走在街上也可以看到诸多写字楼、商业大厦、地标建筑都是采用玻璃幕墙的。玻璃有着质量轻,设计灵活,系统化施工,现代化设计等优势,已经成为建筑设计主流之一,广泛应用于项目材料。山东保利·济宁保利城艺术馆项目使用了五大项目玻璃立面之一的“喷砂半通透的发光参数化U玻”,具体应用如下。

场地为内向型用地条件,用地面积10000平方米,主要出入口邻近崇文大道城市路。为了充分利用这一点,设计突破周边建筑固有形象,营造差异化个性场景,通过制造大体量悬浮、虚实对比、发光的“月光宝盒”形象,强化展示中心前卫、时尚、轻盈的城市昭示面。
The site is inward oriented, with a land area of 10000 square meters. The main entrance and exit are adjacent to Chongwen Avenue and Chengcheng road. In order to make full use of this point, the design breaks through the inherent image of surrounding buildings and creates differentiated individual scenes. By creating the "Moonlight treasure box" image of large-scale suspension, virtual and real contrast and lighting, it strengthens the avant-garde, fashionable and light urban display surface of the exhibition center.

将电影中的月光宝盒延伸至建筑,我们取 “月光”静谧恬淡之意,再取运河之都济宁的一片“波光”,将其二者结合起来,打造一个独有的“宝盒”形象。
Extending the moonlight treasure box in the film to the buildings, we take the quiet and tranquil meaning of "Moonlight" and the "wave light" of Jining, the capital of the canal, and combine the two to create a unique "treasure box" image.

为了打造缥缈梦幻的意境,项目选材上以素雅通透的材料为主。展示中心建筑两层体量,首层外观为极致的通透玻璃,二层为银白色金属框镶嵌喷砂半通透的发光参数化U玻、晶亮聚碳酸酯板。
In order to create an ethereal and dreamy artistic conception, the project is mainly made of simple and elegant materials. There are two floors in the exhibition center building. The first floor is made of extremely transparent glass, and the second floor is made of silver white metal frame inlaid with sandblasting semi transparent light-emitting parametric u glass and bright polycarbonate plate.

U型玻璃幕墙因其特殊的材料和结构,属性非常难以做变化,因此我们引入了独创性的参数化设计,在方案设计中不断实验,找到了参数变化与结构稳定中关键的平衡点,打造出理性与美感的兼具的U型玻璃参数效果。
Because of its special material and structure, the properties of the U-shaped glass curtain wall are very difficult to change. Therefore, we introduced the original parametric design, and constantly experimented in the scheme design to find the key balance between the parameter change and the structural stability, creating a rational and aesthetic U-shaped glass parametric effect.

通过U玻的平面参数化干扰,运用模块化思路,将U玻模块等距排列并依次水平旋转固定角度。通过实际参数模拟,确定由单层模块变为双层U玻模块,强化编织效果。

对于U玻模块水平排列的间距,通过参数调整,确定以800mm为最优间距。基于施工难度、施工效率、材料量产成本和立面创意等方面的考量,最终选用400*100*8mm纵纹超白喷砂型号U玻。
For the spacing of horizontal arrangement of U-glass modules, 800mm is determined as the optimal spacing through parameter adjustment. Based on the consideration of construction difficulty, construction efficiency, material mass production cost and facade creativity, the 400 * 100 * 8mm vertical grain ultra white sandblasting model u glass is finally selected.

通过U玻的竖向参数化干扰,在保证U玻的结构稳定性和材料安全性基础上,经过电脑参数反复推敲、对比,最终确定控制倾角在3度可以保证较好的立面效果。

创研关键词2:光效
U玻为标准化玻璃型材,单玻立面上墙,侧边法兰露出,效果难以控制。本次采用U玻双扣形成玻璃套筒,保证各个角度上外效果统一。对于灯光的处理,因立面上U玻是与衬玻璃相脱离,藏灯、维修未来会是主要难点。

最终淘汰上下灯光外洗墙的灯具露明方案以及套筒灯管方案。最终选择套筒外侧边设置LED露明软灯带的上下贯通方案,并反向参数约束平面U玻模块的旋转角度,确定2度旋转角,既保灯具各角度不露明,同时又满足白天、夜间高品质立面参数涟漪效果展示。

细化设计
项目采用模块化建造思维,包括内部结构模块与外皮模块。我们希望通过设计使得在增大体量感和保证内部功能的同时,控制建筑临时部分的建造成本和后期的改造成本。在此之上,引入院落将模块互相连接起来,使景观渗透到建筑中,空间也变得多样有趣。
Detailed design
The project adopts modular construction thinking, including internal structure module and skin module. We hope to control the construction cost of the temporary part of the building and the later reconstruction cost while increasing the sense of volume and ensuring the internal functions. On this basis, the courtyard is introduced to connect the modules, so that the landscape permeates into the building and the space becomes diverse and interesting.

模块化建造、绿色建筑与经济考量

1.结构做法
钢结构装配式取代传统现浇土建,最大化可重复利用、可拆改、减少资源浪费。内侧填充隔墙、隔板采用ALC板模块取代传统现浇及泥水砌体墙作业,现场全干法施工。
1. Structural practice
The fabricated steel structure replaces the traditional cast-in-place civil engineering, which maximizes the reusability, disassembly and modification, and reduces the waste of resources. ALC plate module is used to replace the traditional cast-in-situ and muddy masonry wall operation for the infilled partition wall and partition wall inside, and all dry construction method is adopted on site.
2.聚碳酸酯板
建筑大悬挑区域以及背立面,外幕墙采用聚碳酸酯板模块取代大面玻璃幕墙,保温性能优异,且荷载非常小,减少结构成本支出。

为了提高近人尺度的空间感受,我们选择在首层室外天花位置采用了平整度更高的高复合铝板,并且在滴水位置采用了凹槽内嵌嵌条的处理手法,使建筑更加精致。
Fine design
In order to improve the space feeling of near human scale, we choose to use high composite aluminum plate with higher flatness at the outdoor ceiling on the first floor, and adopt the treatment method of embedded molding in the groove at the dripping position to make the building more delicate.

在形体转折位置采用铝板整体成形的处理方式,在工厂订制成形铝板,现场安装。这样减少了铝板胶缝对形体的影响,使建筑完成度更高,更加精致。
At the turning position of the body, the aluminum plate is integrally formed. The formed aluminum plate is customized in the factory and installed on site. In this way, the influence of the aluminum plate glue joint on the shape is reduced, and the architectural completion is higher and more exquisite.
模块化的建造思维,参数化和精细化的设计方式,是未来建造的重要发展方向。
