Although Yinchuan city is located in the Northwest Arid Zone, it has the same rich and developed water system as the south of the Yangtze River. There are many lakes and wetlands, known as the "Lake City on the plug". The project site is located at the intersection of Liupanshan middle road and Zhengyuan South Street, in the cultural and ecological park in the south area of Yinchuan City, adjacent to the lake in the south, with good natural environmental conditions.

业主初期希望以“冬日花园”作为核心亮点，为未来规划的住宅和商业中心做好铺垫，吸引、分流城区客源，树立开发商品牌形象，功能上前期作为售楼处使用，后期将变更为特色商业和社区中心：城市生活美学馆ONE-CENTER。

At the initial stage, the owner hopes to take "winter garden" as the core highlight to pave the way for the future planned residential and commercial center, attract and divert urban tourists, and establish the brand image of the developer. In the early stage, it will be used as a sales office, and in the later stage, it will be changed into a featured commercial and community center: one-center of urban life aesthetics.

在现阶段高周转、高速度的设计产业中，建筑往往只是一个缺乏匠心雕琢的产品。基于ONE-CENTER在银川特殊的定位和需求，本次设计我们更多的想探寻建筑和自然的融合和共生，尽可能完整地呈现其作为载体试图表达的文化情感。

In the current high turnover and high-speed design industry, architecture is often just a product that lacks ingenuity. Based on the special positioning and needs of one-center in Yinchuan, we want to explore the integration and symbiosis between architecture and nature in this design, and present the cultural emotions that it tries to express as a carrier as completely as possible.

设计伊始，我们将树叶作为形象元素置入场地，一大一小，相互依存，亦动亦静，随风摇曳。

为了更好的表达设计理念，我们走访了新加坡樟宜机场等前沿的绿色建筑，去体验、学习如何在建筑中坚持增强人和自然的诗意链接，并运用到本次实践中——多处空间的延展、流动，内外景观的交流，多种全新业态的体验融入等。

At the beginning of the design, we put leaves into the site as image elements, one big and one small, interdependent, dynamic and static, swaying with the wind.

In order to better express the design concept, we visited Singapore Changi Airport and other cutting-edge green buildings to experience and learn how to enhance the poetic link between man and nature in the building, and apply it to this practice - the extension and flow of multiple spaces, the exchange of internal and external landscapes, the experience and integration of a variety of new business forms, etc.

Building

整个住宅项目的用地呈L形，我们不希望基地成为一道屏障，将城市肌理割裂。我们在地块中央区域撕开一道空隙形成公共空间，缝合城市，湖景也能为北面享用。

The land for the whole residential project is L-shaped. We don't want the base to become a barrier and split the urban texture. We tear a gap in the central area of the plot to form a public space, sew up the city, and the lake scenery can also be enjoyed in the north.

建筑规划体量在5000平方米，为减轻对未来周边住宅的压迫，我们取意飘落在湖边的两片叶子，将体量打散成三部分——入口，主楼和副楼。通过体块扭转、空间错动等手法，形成丰富有趣的流线、有活力的空间体验。

The planned building volume is 5000 square meters. In order to alleviate the pressure on the surrounding houses in the future, we take the two leaves falling on the lake and break the volume into three parts - the entrance, the main building and the auxiliary building. Through such techniques as block twisting and spatial staggering, a rich and interesting streamline and dynamic spatial experience are formed.

入口空间由云树和追光厅两个构筑物组成，迎接城市客流，通过水幕、看天和空间氛围光的渲染，对经过人群进行情绪安抚，为进入主体做好铺垫；主楼是围绕室内热带花园为图底的中庭空间展开的二层的商业空间（前期局部空间布置为售楼处）。

The entrance space is composed of two structures, cloud tree and light chasing hall, to meet the urban passenger flow. Through the water curtain, watching the sky and the rendering of space atmosphere light, it can comfort the passing people and pave the way for entering the main body; The main building is a two-story commercial space around the indoor tropical garden as the atrium space at the bottom of the drawing (the local space in the early stage is the sales office).

开放主题书吧作为垂直交通空间的主体，让业态有更好的展示性，同时也加大了中庭的面积，在屋顶采光天窗引入的自然光中得到更为舒适的室内交流活动环境。副楼直接与湖面相接，一楼设置观湖泳池，通过高差处理提提供一个侧壁采光的游泳环境，主副楼之间通过挑空的玻璃庭院连接，引导人流通过内设的景观楼梯进入二层的健身房区域和观赏湖区视野最佳的星空露台。

As the main body of the vertical traffic space, the open theme book bar not only makes the business form more showable, but also increases the area of the atrium, and gets a more comfortable indoor communication environment in the natural light introduced by the roof skylight. The auxiliary building is directly connected to the lake. A lake viewing pool is set on the first floor to provide a side wall lighting swimming environment through height difference treatment. The main and auxiliary buildings are connected through an empty glass courtyard to guide the flow of people through the built-in landscape stairs to the gym area on the second floor and the star terrace with the best view of the lake area.

建筑的材料及色彩涉及广泛的感官体验，并且具有互补的特征，令人眼前一亮。建筑采用大面积弧形穿孔铝板幕墙和玻璃幕墙，削弱外立面的厚重感，软化建筑与环境的界限；白天阳光通过孔洞落在室内，呈现密林中穿行的斑驳光影效果，让人仿佛步入城市森林，呼应建筑主题；夜间灯光外泄，在树林中若隐若现，打造湖边树丛中萤火飘摇的浪漫场景。玻璃幕墙部分最大限度保持室内外空间的彼此渗透。

The materials and colors of the building involve a wide range of sensory experiences, and have complementary characteristics, which are eye-catching. The building adopts large-area arc perforated aluminum plate curtain wall and glass curtain wall to weaken the massiness of the facade and soften the boundary between the building and the environment; During the day, the sunlight falls into the room through the hole, presenting the mottled light and shadow effect of walking through the dense forest, which makes people seem to step into the urban forest and echo the architectural theme; At night, the light leaked out and loomed in the woods, creating a romantic scene of fireflies fluttering in the trees by the lake. The glass curtain wall shall maximize the penetration of indoor and outdoor spaces.

主楼和副楼用几组倾斜交叉的梭形木柱撑起两片树叶造型轻质屋顶组成建筑第五立面，叶片中部镂空露出“叶脉”，营造从树林中仰望天空的视觉效果，同时减轻屋顶重量。我们希望通过这样的设计手法，尽量使建筑能融入自然环境，表达出树叶飘落湖面留下点点涟漪的整体形象。

The main building and the auxiliary building use several groups of inclined and crossed shuttle shaped wooden columns to support two leaf shaped light roofs to form the fifth facade of the building. The middle of the leaves are hollowed out to expose "leaf veins", creating a visual effect of looking up at the sky from the woods and reducing the weight of the roof. We hope that through this design method, the building can be integrated into the natural environment as much as possible to express the overall image of leaves falling on the lake, leaving little ripples.

景观

Landscape

景观的处理以削弱体量为目的，在周围种植高大树木，进一步模糊建筑边界，营造“木叶下平湖”的诗意氛围；室内设计风格与建筑整体保持高度一致，充满野趣，并引入贺兰山、湖水等银川当地元素，使整个项目格调统一，从内而外表达出与自然和谐的主旨。

The landscape treatment aims to weaken the volume, plant tall trees around, further blur the building boundary, and create a poetic atmosphere of "flat Lake under the leaves"; The interior design style is highly consistent with the overall architecture, full of wild interest, and Yinchuan local elements such as Helan Mountain and lake water are introduced to unify the style of the whole project and express the theme of harmony with nature from the inside out.
