教育, 随着上海中心城区更新的推进,也逐渐出现了不同的发展需求:一方面,随着老龄化和中心区人口的外迁,逐步的校舍资源有所释放,另一方面,中心城区同样面临国际化、先进化的功能配置需求和城市功能升级。而优秀教育资源的导入也需要新的硬件条件加以支撑,本项目正是基于这两点,对原有教育资源的改造。
Education, with the promotion of the renewal of the central urban area of Shanghai center, also gradually presents different development needs: on the one hand, with the aging and the relocation of the population in the central area, the gradual release of school building resources; on the other hand, the central urban area is also facing international and advanced functional allocation needs and urban functional upgrading. The introduction of excellent educational resources also needs the support of new hardware conditions. This project is based on these two points to transform the original educational resources.

为满足新的国际学校过渡校址功能需求以及紧凑用地的现实条件下,设计本方案在充分尊重原有建筑结构的前提下,合理组织和完善教学、办公、公共活动设施布局,以简洁理性并具现代感的手法来进行整体考虑,统一和谐中结合实际体现国际学校特色风貌。考虑项目对城市的关系,项目的整体构思围绕从外部向内部的校园感加以推进。我们借入口局部空间设置挑高飘蓬,利用飘蓬将东西两侧的初中部教学楼与教师办公用房连成一体,构成了整个校园临向城市街道的第一界面;同时飘蓬的设置使得校园的“内”与“外”的关系更为明确,使得师生在进入时可以更好地感知场所的边界,从而更好地转化城市与校园的空间氛围。
In order to meet the functional requirements of the new international school's transition site and the realistic conditions of compact land use, this scheme is designed to reasonably organize and improve the layout of teaching, office and public activities facilities on the premise of fully respecting the original building structure, to consider the overall situation in a concise, rational and modern way, and to reflect the characteristics of the international school in a unified and harmonious way and in combination with the actual situation. Considering the relationship between the project and the city, the overall concept of the project is promoted around the campus sense from the outside to the inside. We use the local space at the entrance to set a high floating canopy, which connects the middle school teaching buildings on the East and west sides with the teachers' office buildings, forming the first interface between the whole campus and the urban streets; At the same time, the setting of floating canopy makes the relationship between "inside" and "outside" of the campus more clear, so that teachers and students can better perceive the boundary of the place when entering, so as to better transform the space atmosphere of the city and the campus.

原有校舍基本是以不同时期的涂料为主,显示了典型的上世纪晚期常用的浅彩色系做法。为了尽量减少变动,我们主要通过深木色的体量处理和细节化的节点来提升整个校园的品质。木质的表皮从入口沿着一侧的教学楼加以延伸,创造出层层递进的效果,而又简洁明快,使得整个校园空间得以完整一体,原有的大树掩映下,改造的校舍焕发勃勃生机。
The original school buildings are mainly painted in different periods, which shows the typical light color method commonly used in the late last century. In order to minimize changes, we mainly improve the quality of the whole campus through dark wood color volume processing and detailed nodes. The wooden skin extends from the entrance along the teaching building on one side, creating a progressive effect layer by layer, which is simple and lively, making the whole campus space integrated. Under the original trees, the transformed school buildings are full of vitality.

同时项目合理整合校园内的室外活动场地,在球场外围形成完整的环形跑道,并以环形跑道和球场为中心相应地组织交通空间和绿化空间。并利用原有校舍不合理的车棚、储物室等临时空间,营造局部屋顶露台,增加学校的小尺度活动空间。
At the same time, the project reasonably integrates the outdoor activity sites in the campus, forms a complete circular runway around the stadium, and correspondingly organizes the traffic space and green space centered on the circular runway and the stadium. In addition, the unreasonable carport, storage room and other temporary spaces of the original school buildings are used to create a partial roof terrace and increase the small-scale activity space of the school.

建筑功能主要以疏导现有建筑空间为主。围绕各年级的教学区域为核心,组织好动静功能区,并妥切安排配套辅助设施。教室内部主要通过细节处理,设备处理,以及合理的家具配置提升硬件水平,改善教课环境。
The building function is mainly to dredge the existing building space. Focus on the teaching area of each grade, organize the dynamic and static functional areas, and properly arrange the supporting auxiliary facilities. In the classroom, the hardware level is improved and the teaching environment is improved mainly through detail processing, equipment processing and reasonable furniture configuration.
