This case is located in Jianqiao, the cradle of the air force,
The base is close to Wulin business district and seamlessly connected with Jianxin Road Station of Metro Line 4,
The architectural design creates a quiet and comfortable ceremonial home experience with classical style,
The landscape design refuses to stick to the rules, and integrates the diverse styles in a breakthrough way,
Explore the theme of "the future and the human race".
设计糅合古典风格的雅致与现代风格的简约，
将感性和理性相结合的美学发挥到极致；

与层级绿化、列植乔灌木和谐搭配，共同点亮人形通廊，
呈现出超脱于现代的未来之感。

夜色映衬之下，光影氤氲，流光浮动，凸显强烈而神秘的科技感。

悬浮的“太空舱”、散发点点星光的光影景墙，
将时间定格在此刻，
吸引着来访者继续探索向前。
In the weightless space-time coerced by the future and technology,
The suspended "space capsule" and the light and shadow wall emitting little starlight,

售楼处前场的广场空间以“失重”座凳小品、卵石座凳等，
打造一场失重星球的时空穿越。
开方式空间序列不断延展与流动，迸发出绵延不断的生机与活力，
构建出一个简约而层次分明的空间形态，
人行其中，在灯光流转之间，感受未来已来。

景观设计运用2.5mm穿孔铝板作为矮景墙，
景墙表面进行打孔处理，结合异形金色粉末喷涂漆面，
内置灯光隐隐外泄，灵动闪耀。
花池、垂直挡墙立面以及呼吸灯带有序搭配，营造场地氛围感，
地面铺装摒弃常规设计模式，严格划分铺装分缝并顺应场地流势，
采用更加纤长的铺装样式体现设计的精致格调，
打造流淌于脚下烟波浩淼的星河，
置身其间，浪漫而梦幻。

最终以呼吸灯辅以层级绿化诠释满目星河的景观构想。

在沿街界面的整体设计中，
设计师希望以简洁的设计笔触呈现无边界、通透的空间状态，
简洁的植物营造增强视觉的可观赏性和通达性，
春华秋实、落英缤纷，
也为未来的空间赋予了更多可能。
In the overall design of the street interface,
The designer hopes to present a borderless and transparent space with simple design strokes,

“老树白云，一鸟不鸣”。
枯山水看庭小巧、静谧、深邃、消隐边界，
如同观赏画屏般引人入胜，
凝练淡泊、寂寥的境界，
如同《心经》中所言，
“不生不灭，不垢不净，不增不减，是故空中无色”。
"Old trees and white clouds make no birds sing".
The courtyard is small, quiet, deep and hidden in the dry landscape,
As fascinating as a picture screen,
Concise, indifferent and lonely realm,
As the Heart Sutra says,
"Neither life nor death, neither dirt nor purity, neither increase nor decrease, so the air is colorless.".
设计将未来元素与古典美学完美结合，
绿岛、置石、砾石辉映交融，
以石喻山，以砂喻海，
石、砂、苔、木四物的组合，
象征大千世界，蕴含着深刻的禅意哲学，
也是景观对古典建筑设计语序的深切回应。
The design perfectly combines future elements with classical aesthetics,

The combination of stone, sand, moss and wood,
It symbolizes the vast world and contains profound Zen philosophy,
It is also the deep response of landscape to the word order of classical architectural design.
有别于以往常规项目案例，本案设计中，我们在解构项目在地文化以及转译古典建筑概念的基础上，糅合未来科技立意，从场地精神出发，回望过去，畅想未来，构建地域经典、突破求新、乐活慢享的“城东独一无二的开方式商业街区”和“网红打卡地”。
Different from the previous conventional project cases, in the design of this case, on the basis of deconstructing the local culture of the project and translating the concept of classical architecture, we combined the future scientific and technological ideas, looked back at the past and imagined the future from the spirit of the site, and built a "unique business block in the east of the city" and "online red card punching place" with regional classics, breakthrough and innovation, and slow enjoyment.
为保证景观故事更加生动以及未来景观的完美呈现，设计师从方案、图纸质量管控阶段到施工图精细交底、施工现场配合全方位严格把控设计，全面推敲考量落地效果，植物掩映中花池壁的灯带，枯山水中精致的置石，夜行时踏步的灯带等，每一寸设计，都做到极致。
In order to make the landscape story more vivid and the perfect presentation of the future landscape, the designer strictly controlled the design from the quality control stage of the scheme and drawings to the fine disclosure of the construction drawings and the cooperation on the construction site, comprehensively considered the landing effect, the lamp belt on the wall of the flower pool hidden by the plants, the exquisite stone in the dry mountain water, the lamp belt stepping at night, etc., and achieved the perfection of every inch of the design.
