“龙门吊”,重庆/建筑
由马岩松带领的MAD建筑事务所与中国建筑科学研究院有限公司(联合体)赢得重庆寸滩国际邮轮中心项目国际设计竞赛。
Mad architecture firm led by Ma Yansong and China Academy of Building Sciences Co., Ltd. (Consortium) won the international design competition of Chongqing Cuntan international cruise center project.
重庆寸滩国际邮轮中心位于重庆两江新区寸滩港片区(寸滩国际邮轮母港核心区),场地现为货运码头,项目规划结合现状进行改造,形成国际级的邮轮母港城市综合体。项目占地面积6.6万平方米,计容建筑面积6.5万平方米,其中邮轮港1.5万平方米,商业5万平方米。重庆市规划自然资源局会同两江新区管委会、重庆市江北嘴投资集团,组织开展本次国际竞赛,共计来自7个国家地区的数十家设计机构(联合体)报名。
Chongqing Cuntan international cruise center is located in the Cuntan port area of Chongqing Liangjiang New Area (the core area of Cuntan international cruise home port). The site is now a freight terminal. The project plan is to transform it in combination with the current situation to form an international cruise home port urban complex. The project covers an area of 66000 square meters, with a total building area of 65000 square meters, including 15000 square meters of cruise port and 50000 square meters of commercial area. Chongqing Municipal Bureau of planning and natural resources, together with the Management Committee of Liangjiang New Area and Chongqing jiangbeizui investment group, organized this international competition. A total of dozens of design institutions (consortiums) from 7 countries and regions signed up.

对于这次整体改造的愿景,马岩松认为:“重庆有山水。长江在重庆不止是自然景观,同时也因为船舶交通、工业运输等人类活动,让这座山城也充满了运动的能量。我们希望将重庆的这种能量从工业痕迹转化成激发想象力的能量。人们在这里能感受到城市的动能,同时也会对未来的公共空间产生想象。”
For the vision of this overall transformation, Mayansong said, "Chongqing has mountains and rivers. The Yangtze River in Chongqing is not only a natural landscape, but also a mountain city full of movement energy because of human activities such as ship traffic and industrial transportation. We hope to transform this energy of Chongqing from industrial traces into energy to stimulate imagination. People can feel the kinetic energy of the city here, and will also imagine the public space in the future."

“龙门吊”|"Gantry crane"
架空科幻 行走城市|Aerial sci-fi walking city
在现场探勘时,马岩松对布满货运码头的橘红色大型“龙门吊”印象深刻。他说:“这些龙门吊像是一个个有生命的外星生物,给人超现实的画面感。新的设计不仅要反映曾经的工业色彩,还要尊重这种原生的超现实感。我们设计的架空的建筑,仿佛是一座座自由行走的城市,似是从别处移动到了这里,又或许某天会穿越到别处,充满未来感。”
During the on-site exploration, Ma Yansong was impressed by the large orange "gantry crane" full of cargo terminals. He said: "these gantry cranes are like living alien creatures, giving people a surreal sense of picture. The new design should not only reflect the former industrial color, but also respect this original surreal sense. The overhead buildings we design are like free-walking cities, which seem to have moved here from other places, or maybe one day they will cross to other places, full of a sense of future."

▼充满未来感的架空建筑,A futuristic overhead building
全长430米的长江观景天街,由六个独立又彼此连结的架空建筑组成。远远望去,高低起伏的“龙门吊”,色彩和空间感再现工业货运码头起重机此起彼落的繁忙节奏。建筑巧妙地被抬升高于地面,让建筑内人们的观江视线变得开阔,不被码头提升装置所阻挡。建筑的金属铝板幕墙为场地增添了超现实感,也为建筑内部的城市会客厅、商店、餐厅等多功能业态带来了新鲜感。
The 430 meter long Yangtze River viewing Street consists of six independent and interconnected overhead buildings. Seen from a distance, the ups and downs of the "gantry crane" reproduce the busy rhythm of the cranes in the industrial freight terminal with color and spatial sense. The building is cleverly raised above the ground, allowing people in the building to have a broad view of the river without being blocked by the wharf lifting device. The metal aluminum curtain wall of the building adds a surreal sense to the site, and also brings freshness to the multi-functional business forms such as the urban reception hall, shops and restaurants inside the building.

场地高差 景观绿轴|Site elevation difference landscape green axis
“漂浮”建筑下方是邮轮景观公园和邮轮大厅。MAD设计的邮轮景观公园将寸滩中央金轴向码头延伸,将前方江边的码头公园和身后世纪寸滩公园连成一线,形成一块与中央金轴完美融合的近10万平米城市绿地。这样的设计让市民可以最大程度地多元使用场地,即使不乘坐邮轮,市民也可自由通达至此,欣赏城市自然和长江美景。
Below the "floating" building is the cruise landscape park and cruise hall. The cruise landscape park designed by mad extends the central golden axis wharf of Cuntan, connecting the wharf park beside the river in front with the century Cuntan park behind, forming an urban green space of nearly 100000 square meters perfectly integrated with the central golden axis. This design allows citizens to use the site in a diversified way to the greatest extent. Even if they do not take a cruise ship, they can freely access here and enjoy the natural beauty of the city and the beautiful scenery of the Yangtze River.

邮轮中心枢纽大厅位于邮轮景观公园下方,既可上至“漂浮龙门吊”、也可到达地面景观公园。邮轮中心设计通过天窗将自然光引入室内,同时上部悬挑的建筑避免了阳光的直射。
The hub Hall of the cruise center is located below the cruise landscape park, which can reach both the "floating gantry crane" and the ground landscape park. The cruise center is designed to introduce natural light into the interior through skylights, and the cantilevered building on the upper part avoids direct sunlight.

建成后的寸滩国际邮轮中心,将会把工业记忆转化为城市想象,这里将是重庆市独一无二城市地标。2021年4月,重庆市通过了寸滩国际新城总体规划及邮轮母港片区城市设计,确定在该片区布局国际邮轮中心重点项目。寸滩国际新城规划面积约6平方公里,其中寸滩国际邮轮母港核心区规划面积1.6平方公里,计划打造“船、港、城、游、购、娱一体化”,发展全球内河邮轮第一港。寸滩国际邮轮中心预计将于2022年11月动工建造, 2027年完工。
