2022年6月16日至19日期间，艺术团队teamLab在巴塞尔艺术展上展出了一件新的互动数字作品——不可逆转的变化世界。作品由六台显示器组成，旨在探索人们与世界的互动。
Art collective teamLab unveils a new interactive digital work at Art Basel, on view June 16 – 19, 2022 in Basel. The World of Irreversible Change, composed of six monitors, explores people’s interaction with the world.

在不断变化的作品中，观者的持续参与将引发一场冲突，最终演变成一场烧毁城市的大火。火灾前的世界再也无法复原，而造成这一结果的部分原因正是观众自身。
In this perpetually-transforming work, the continuous involvement of the viewer triggers a conflict, which develops into a fire, leaving the city in ruins. The world before the fire can never be seen again, and the viewer is part of the cause for this outcome.

在艺术品中，早晨和晚上将随着现实世界中的时间流逝，人们的日常生活也随着时间和天气的变化而变化，庆祝的节日和活动按照季节发生，画卷中每天都上演着各种各样的故事，人们的活动永远持续着。
In the artwork, mornings and evenings come and go with the flow of time in the real world. The daily lives of the people in the artwork change depending on the real time of day and weather, and the festivals and events that are celebrated change with the seasons. Various stories unfold every day, as the activities of people continue eternally.

观众的行为影响着艺术作品中的世界。当观者触碰作品时，将引发画中人的斗殴，并逐渐蔓延到整个城市，直至火焰将城市吞没。大火持续了一年多，人们纷纷死去，城市也化为废墟。
The actions of viewers influence the world of the artwork. When viewers touch the work, fights break out amongst the people in the artwork that are near to each other, and eventually the fighting spreads throughout the city, which becomes engulfed in flames. The fire lasts for over a year, the people die out, and the city burns to the ground.

在没有一个人的废墟中，季节仍在流逝，太阳依旧随着现实世界的时间升起落下。几个月后，新的植物将从被烧毁的城市废墟中长出。植物随着时间的流逝不断地生长变化，开花蔓延，花草在漫长的岁月中孕育生机，随着四季的轮转生长与凋零，年复一年，周而复始。
In the ruined city where not a single person remains, the seasons still pass, and the sun still rises and sets with the time of the real world. After a few months, new flora begin to grow in the burnt ruins of the city. The flora grow, bloom, and scatter repeatedly, changing daily with the real passage of time. The flowers and plants grow deeply over the course of a long period, and the flowers change throughout each year, continuing in perpetuity.
一旦画中的城市开始燃烧，以前的世界就再也回不去了，这便是人与艺术品互动导致的结果。
Once the world of this artwork begins to burn, the world from before can never be returned to. The people who interact with the artwork cause this outcome.
