大地纵横为田,磐石起伏如山,田上石山,是为“山田”。建筑从村落肌理和建筑形体出发,两者相结合,呈现了“田上石山”的形式解读。
The land is crisscrossed into fields, and the rocks fluctuate like mountains. The Rocky Mountains on the fields are called "mountain fields". Starting from the village texture and architectural form, the architecture combines the two, presenting the interpretation of the form of "Stone Mountain on the field".

The emphasis of Regionalism on touch is equivalent to that of vision. It recognizes that people's experience of the environment is not limited to vision—— Modern architecture: a critical history



形式是粗坯骨架,材料为形象终端。处在历史与现代交叠状态的山田展厅,对材料的选择尤为特殊。在地域和成本的双重限制下,设计图案团队直接跳过了传统地产常用的铝板、石材等材料,而是将目光投向了更加地域与本土的材料:砖。
The form is rough skeleton, and the material is image terminal. Yamada exhibition hall, which is in the overlapping state of history and modernity, has a special choice of materials. Under the dual constraints of region and cost, the design team directly skipped over the aluminum plate, stone and other materials commonly used in traditional real estate, and instead focused on the more regional and local materials: bricks.
设计团队通过对数家砖石厂家的走访与样板比选,最终选定了具有浅、中、深三种颜色变化层次的水泥仿制砖。利用跳色湿贴的方式,在建筑上营造了具有传统技艺与历史温度的表皮质感,达到了成本成本控制与效果表达的完美平衡。在沿路主立面上,团队还进行了凸砖的特殊湿贴工艺,消解大块面铺砖的单调感,带来了独特的光影感。
The design team finally selected cement imitation bricks with light, medium and deep color levels through visits to several brick manufacturers and sample comparison. By means of jump color wet paste, the skin texture with traditional skills and historical temperature is created in the building, achieving a perfect balance between cost control and effect expression. On the main facade along the road, the team also carried out a special wet tiling process of convex bricks, dispelling the monotony of laying bricks on large surfaces and bringing a unique sense of light and shadow.


在湿贴面砖中,最大的工艺难题是墙面泛碱问题。团队也和材料厂家积极配合,通过对粘合剂酸碱度的调配,以及墙面憎水剂的喷涂,可以保证建筑表面5-10年内不会反碱,从而保证了建筑的长期美观度。
In the wet tiling process, the most difficult problem is the alkali efflorescence of the wall. The team also actively cooperates with the material manufacturer. Through the allocation of the pH of the adhesive and the spraying of the wall hydrophobic agent, it can ensure that the building surface will not turn back alkali within 5-10 years, thus ensuring the long-term aesthetics of the building.
除此之外,建筑还在形体轮廓处设置了银色铝板包边,保证了建筑整体的挺阔感和精致感。这种组合的尝试,也是试图在地域化温情材料和精致工业材料之间寻找到一种平衡的审美取向。
In addition, the building is also provided with silver aluminum plate edges at the outline of the building, which ensures the overall sense of breadth and refinement of the building. The attempt of this combination is also an attempt to find a balanced aesthetic orientation between localized warm materials and exquisite industrial materials.

设计从场地出发,经历几轮方案比选,“石上山田”的概念从各个方案中脱颖而出,成为“最山田”的解读,并得到山田居民的认可。
The design started from the site and went through several rounds of scheme comparison and selection. The concept of "Shishang mountain field" stood out from various schemes, became the interpretation of "the most mountain field" and was recognized by mountain residents.


建筑起伏为山、景观纵横做田;错动的形体和平面,与村落肌理一脉相承。横看成岭侧成峰,远近高低各不同。
The undulating buildings make fields for mountains and landscape; The staggered shape and plane come down in one continuous line with the village texture. The mountain peaks at the side of the mountain, and the distance is different.

建筑以灰砖与木色为主色调,金属、玻璃为点缀,古朴中透露精致,景观以不同色调灰砖为主材形成空间延续,结合水景、绿植、座椅,形成可供居民休憩的场地。
The building is mainly colored with grey bricks and wood, decorated with metal and glass. It is exquisite in simplicity. The landscape uses grey bricks of different colors as the main materials to form a space continuation. Combined with waterscape, green plants and seats, it forms a place for residents to rest.


城市展厅室内设计从地域文化出发,注重室内外空间的相互渗透与衔接,使用材质与颜色的变化,在虚实之际,积极促进建筑、空间、景观与艺术之间的动态对话与有效联系,推动一座兼具序列感与典雅性的“田上石山“艺术空间在此落地。
Starting from the regional culture, the interior design of the urban exhibition hall pays attention to the mutual penetration and connection of the indoor and outdoor space, uses the change of material and color, actively promotes the dynamic dialogue and effective connection between architecture, space, landscape and art at the time of virtual reality, and promotes the landing of a "Tian Shang Shi Shan" art space with a sense of sequence and elegance.

一进预接待大厅,沉稳的配色便将空间的主基调缓缓放置,艺术性的内涵由内而外逐渐释放,使人浸润其中,抽象又富有肌理的大理石纹理,置于接待台后方背景墙中,搭配秩序井然的屏风,将传统建筑中一步一景的空间逻辑融入其间,匹配自由流动的生活方式。
As soon as you enter the pre reception hall, the calm color matching will slowly place the main tone of the space, and the artistic connotation will be gradually released from the inside to the outside, making people soak in it. The abstract and textured marble texture is placed in the background wall behind the reception desk, matched with the orderly screen, integrating the step-by-step spatial logic of traditional architecture into it, matching the free flowing lifestyle.

接待前厅的大理石框景隔断,以园林的手法,透过不同的框景、空间层次,在有限的空间内构成无声的诗、立体的画,在保留与出新中做到完整统一,既有效地与预接待相呼应,同时又赋予空间无穷的探索欲。临空的艺术装置,优雅又别致。
The marble frame view partition in the reception lobby, through different frame views and space levels, forms silent poems and three-dimensional paintings in the limited space by means of gardens, and achieves a complete unity between retention and innovation, which not only effectively echoes the pre reception, but also endows the space with infinite desire for exploration. The artistic installation in the air is elegant and unique.


沙盘区承接着来自前厅的转场,灰色大理石的地面之上,空间是静谧的场所。格栅以现代的手法诠释传统的意蕴,增加空间的趣味性与互动性。挑高的区域内,介入层叠的天花,取自”山”的意象,格栅取自“林”的意象,形趣自然意象,使空间上有更多的趣味性。
The sand table area receives the transition from the front hall. Above the gray marble ground, the space is a quiet place. The grille interprets the traditional meaning in a modern way to increase the interest and interaction of the space. In the high-rise area, the cascading ceilings are taken from the image of "mountain", and the grille is taken from the image of "forest", which is interesting in form and nature, making the space more interesting.

洽谈区、水吧区与深度洽谈区彼此相接,各功能区是联动互通的,雅致低调又大气开阔,尽显空间布局上的优势。摆放有序的陈设家私,传递出舒适惬意的生活姿态。石材与木质产生碰撞与融合,丰富而不杂乱。生活的一体两面在深度洽谈区层层上演,一面朝外,一面向内,通过空间得以充分的诠释。
The negotiation area, water bar area and deep negotiation area are connected with each other. The functional areas are interconnected, elegant, low-key and open, showing the advantages of spatial layout. The orderly display of furniture conveys a comfortable and comfortable life posture. Stone and wood collide and fuse, rich but not messy. 三专业从各自设计出发,收束于概念、空间、构造的三维统一。设计思想和专业知识的相互渗透,以相同的设计理念及延续的设计语言构筑一个共同理想。最后整个建筑体现出的强烈的整体感和完整度,让我们坚定了采用此种工作模式的信念。
The three majors start from their own design and focus on the three-dimensional unity of concept, space and structure. The mutual penetration of design ideas and professional knowledge builds a common ideal with the same design concept and continuous design language. Finally, the strong sense of wholeness and integrity reflected in the whole building has strengthened our belief in adopting this working mode.

城市化的进程迅速而又猛烈,前进的车轮挤压了不少地域及本土的物质与精神。但在城市建设逐渐放缓、运营与更新理念更受欢迎的今天,城市建设与在地营造双轨并行甚至交融共生,则势在必行。
The process of urbanization is rapid and fierce, and the wheel of progress has squeezed the material and spirit of many regions and localities. However, with the gradual slowdown of urban construction and the more popular concept of operation and renewal, it is imperative that urban construction and local construction go hand in hand or even blend and coexist.
在山田村城市更新展厅的设计中,璞间拒绝风格层面的复古与怀旧,我们用当代的建筑材料、建造手段、建筑细节来体现时代精神和现代构造的精致感,并通过这种“现代感”传递出对地域的思考、尊重与传承。一切历史都是当代史,一切当代行为也都是未来人的历史,自然与城市、往昔与未来、“乡村”和“国际”正在交融互补,并行生长——这是最坏的时代,也是最好的时代。
In the design of the Shantian village urban renewal exhibition hall, Pujian refused to be retro and nostalgic at the style level. We use contemporary building materials, construction methods and architectural details to reflect the spirit of the times and the exquisite sense of modern structure, and through this "modern sense" to convey the thinking, respect and inheritance of the region. All history is contemporary history, and all contemporary behaviors are also the history of future people. Nature and cities, the past and the future, "rural" and "international" are blending, complementing and growing in parallel - this is the worst and best era.
