机场位于丽水市西南部的丘陵地貌中,基地地形起伏变化较大。MAD对机场航站区的规划设计在确保机场交通便捷顺畅的前提下,尽量尊重原始场地,并突出山地机场的特色,创造出 “飞鸟、云雾、山丘”的意境。
The airport is located in the hilly landform in the southwest of Lishui City, and the terrain of the base fluctuates greatly. MAD's planning and design of the airport terminal area, on the premise of ensuring the convenient and smooth traffic of the airport, try to respect the original site, highlight the characteristics of the mountain airport, and create the artistic conception of "birds, clouds, and hills".
丽水位于浙江省西南部,是全国著名的“森林城市”。全市林地面积近2100万亩,森林覆盖率达81.7%,素有“秀山丽水”、“浙江绿谷”之称。
Lishui, located in the southwest of Zhejiang Province, is a famous "forest city" in China. The city's forest land area is nearly 21 million mu, and the forest coverage rate is 81.7%, known as "beautiful mountains and beautiful waters" and "Zhejiang Green Valley".
为完善浙江省民用机场布局和综合交通运输体系,促进当地经济社会和旅游业发展,2016年12月,国务院、中央军委批复同意新建浙江丽水机场。项目定位为国内支线机场,建成通航后,年旅客吞吐量可达百万人次。
In order to improve the layout of civil airports and comprehensive transportation system in Zhejiang Province and promote the development of local economy, society and tourism, the State Council and the Central Military Commission approved the construction of Lishui Airport in Zhejiang in December 2016. The project is positioned as a domestic regional airport. After it is completed and opened to navigation, the annual passenger throughput can reach one million person times.
丽水机场位于丽水市西南部约15公里的低山丘陵和山麓沟谷区,毗邻当地特色梯田。整个机场区域由山地平整而来,占地面积2,267公顷,最大填方高差接近百米,是少有的山地机场。
Lishui Airport is located in the low hills and foothills valley area about 15km southwest of Lishui City, adjacent to the terraces with local characteristics. The whole airport area is leveled from mountains, covering an area of 2267 hectares. The maximum filling height difference is close to 100 meters. It is a rare mountain airport.
MAD的设计参考了当地典型的丘陵地貌,强调建筑与周边环境的连续性,结合场地高差,整体采用了自然放坡形式与场地衔接,将航站楼、停车场、办公区设置在三个逐渐降低的平台上,融入山间。
The MAD design refers to the typical local hilly landform, emphasizes the continuity between the building and the surrounding environment, combines the elevation difference of the site, and adopts the natural sloping form to connect with the site as a whole. The terminal, parking lot and office area are set on three gradually lowered platforms and integrated into the mountains.
马岩松说:“丽水是一座花园城市,她的机场也应该在花园中。作为支线机场,丽水机场展现了作为城市公共空间的交通设施的另一种态度和追求:不贪大、不贪贵;便捷人性;展示城市特征的自我特色。”
Ma Yansong said: "Lishui is a garden city, and its airport should also be in the garden. As a regional airport, Lishui Airport shows another attitude and pursuit as the transportation facilities of the city's public space: not greedy for big, not greedy for expensive; convenient and human; and show the self characteristics of the city."
航站楼设计从丽水的绿水青山中汲取灵感,采用由铝板局部覆盖的大型银白色悬挑屋顶,形似栖落于山林间的白羽飞鸟,蓄势待发,即将翱翔于云霄。
Inspired by the green water and green mountains in Lishui, the terminal is designed with a large silver white overhanging roof partially covered by aluminum plates, which looks like a white bird perched in the mountains and forests, ready to fly in the sky.
楼前停车场顺应地势下沉,中心区域被设计为景观步道,构成航站区的整体景观中轴线。步道延伸至航站楼下方,形成半室外的地下通道,连接停车场与航站楼。旅客可由通道内的扶梯、电梯直接到达位于首层的航站楼出入口处。
The parking lot in front of the building conforms to the subsidence of the terrain, and the central area is designed as a landscape footpath, which forms the overall landscape axis of the terminal area. The footpath extends below the terminal to form a semi outdoor underground passage connecting the parking lot and the terminal. Passengers can directly reach the entrance and exit of the terminal on the first floor through the escalators and elevators in the passage.
进入航站楼室内,温暖的木色调大厅空间形态灵动流畅、尺度舒适宜人。中央最高处的梭形采光天窗,将首层大厅和二层候机厅两个主要空间合二为一,也将天窗之上的蓝天白云引入室内。
Inside the terminal building, the warm wood color hall is flexible and smooth in spatial form, comfortable and pleasant in scale. The shuttle skylight at the top of the center combines the first floor hall and the second floor waiting hall into one, and also introduces the blue sky and white clouds above the skylight into the room.
前厅高度尽量压低,营造亲切怡人的空间尺度,避免了不必要的高大空间造成的能源浪费。玻璃幕墙通透轻盈,室内外空间流动互融。
The height of the lobby should be kept as low as possible to create a friendly and pleasant space scale, avoiding energy waste caused by unnecessary high space. The glass curtain wall is transparent and light, and the indoor and outdoor spaces flow and blend.
航站楼采取了“一层半”布局:地面层主要为迎送客厅、值机安检区、远机位候机厅、行李提取厅、VIP室等;二层主要为候机厅、出发到达廊道,连接至三个近机位登机廊桥。出发旅客在一层办理登机手续后上二层候机登机,到达旅客下机后通过廊桥进入建筑二层,再前往到一层提取行李并离开。
The terminal has adopted the layout of "one and a half floors": the ground floor is mainly the greeting and seeing off living room, check-in security area, remote stand waiting hall, baggage claim hall, VIP room, etc; The second floor is mainly the waiting hall and departure and arrival corridors, which are connected to three boarding bridges near the stands. Departing passengers check in at the first floor and then go to the second floor to wait for boarding. After arriving, passengers get off the plane and enter the second floor of the building through the bridge, then go to the first floor to claim their luggage and leave.
MAD本期设计考虑并满足了机场近期和远期规划所需的前置预留。根据总体规划,机场中期(2030年)将达到180万人次;远期(2050年)将提升为500万人次,并计划增设国际航站楼。
MAD design in this phase considers and meets the pre reservation required by the airport's short-term and long-term planning. According to the overall planning, the airport will reach 1.8 million person times in the medium term (2030); In the long term (2050), it will increase to 5 million person times, and it is planned to add an international terminal.
丽水机场预计于今年年底动工,于2024年底建成并投入使用。
Lishui Airport is expected to start construction at the end of this year and be completed and put into use by the end of 2024.
