SLD携手万众集团于西安新贵之地曲江新区挚心共创国际人文艺术新地标。曲江 · 流光云谷打造西安标杆之作，都市繁华前沿、怡人自然环境于此处可得两全，以设计赋以优雅品味，以舒适塑造理想生活，SLD呈献三套艺术空间演绎全新生活乐章。

SLD joins hands with Peoples Group to create a new landmark of international humanities and art in Qujiang New District, the land of the new rich in Xi 'an. Qujiang · Liuguang Cloud Valley is a benchmark of Xi 'an, where you can get the best of both worlds in the forefront of urban prosperity and pleasant natural environment. SLD presents three sets of art Spaces to interpret new movements of life.

大平层272㎡户型设计|Large flat floor 272 square meters house design

步入厅堂，开启尊贵生活门扉，复式挑空的空间，通透气派，超高落地玻璃窗将户外光线引入，照应在水晶吊灯下，光影灵动透彻，为空间创造一种如梦似幻的影响。无论晴天日光，或华灯初上，都随着自然地色彩变幻着。

Step into the hall, open the door of noble life, double empty space, transparent style, ultra-high floor-to-ceiling glass Windows will introduce outdoor light, under the crystal chandelier, light and shadow are clever, create a dreamlike effect for the space. Whether it is a sunny day, or when the lights are on, the colors change with nature.

步入另一厅堂，是观景或社交的绝佳场所，可掩于窗帘之中，于柔曼光影中精品生活，亦可开启帘幔，万千风貌皆于眼前。在此用餐、畅饮、品酒……沉浸在内外融合交互的空间，纵享返归自然之乐。

Stepping into another hall is the perfect place for viewing or socializing. 海般深蓝与雅致米色作为空间主题，柔和、深远，营造出安逸、静雅的休憩体验，通过富有质感的细节设计，容纳一日情绪波澜，还原沉入梦境的安然。

Sea deep blue and elegant beige as the theme of the space, soft and far-reaching, create a comfortable, quiet and elegant rest experience, through the detailed design rich in texture, accommodate the emotional waves of the day, restore the peace into the dream.

户型亮点：

独立电梯厅：安全私密，彰显大平层尊贵礼遇。

巨厅：42.9㎡的客厅与24.8㎡的餐厅相邻，视觉上形成超大空间感。

House type highlights:

Independent elevator hall: safe and private, showing the dignity of the floor.

Grand Hall: The living room of 42.9 square meters and the dining room of 24.8 square meters are adjacent, forming a sense of super space visually.

全落地玻璃：客餐厅U型转角16米全落地玻璃，视野通透，大气豪华。

Floor-to-ceiling glass: The U-shaped corner of the guest restaurant is 16m floor-to-ceiling glass, with transparent vision and luxurious atmosphere.

中岛厨房：独立中岛、U型厨房，水盆面向户外窗，采光通风。

三套房设计：三套房卫生间都做了干湿分离，客厅的卫生间不再设计淋浴，合理实用。

豪华主卧：10㎡主人房衣帽间U型衣柜+L型衣柜，超大储物容量。28.5㎡南向睡房，主卧浴缸南向靠窗，风景优美。

Three suites design: three suites of washrooms are dry and wet separation, the living room of the bathroom is no longer designed shower, reasonable and practical.

Luxury master bedroom: U-shaped closet + L-shaped closet in master room of 10㎡, oversized storage capacity. 28.5㎡ south facing bedroom, master bedroom bathtub south facing window, beautiful view.

大平层404㎡户型设计|Large flat layer 404 square meters house design

空间墙身甄选乌檀木作为饰面，附以设计之语，沙发背的利奥灰石材带来自然水墨纹理，散发尊贵与时尚的静雅，舒适的沙发色调与背景墙相映成趣，大气之外，尽显非凡品位，此间生活品质可窥一二。

The space wall body selected wood as the decoration, with the design language, Leo gray stone on the back of the sofa brings natural ink texture, sending noble and fashionable quiet elegant, comfortable sofa tone and background wall set off each other, the atmosphere, showing extraordinary taste, the quality of life here can be seen.

在此一室，浅咖色调构建轻盈质感，沉浸于精心营造的高雅格调中，无论视觉或是体感，极佳舒适感，皆可体验。

In this room, light coffee color to build a light texture, immersed in carefully created elegant style, whether visual or physical sense, excellent comfort, can be experienced.

大平层282㎡户型设计|Large flat floor 282 square meters house design

生活是一场冒险，充满未知，但这正是它的魅力。设计将“趣”融入室内空间，满足人生中“乐于探索，渴望多变”的生活，步入其中，灵动设计处处回应了使用者对未来生活的追求。

Life is an adventure, full of unknowns, but that's the beauty of it. The design will be "fun" into the interior space, to meet the life of "willing to explore, eager to change", into which, smart design everywhere responds to the users' pursuit of future life.

宽敞的露台贯穿三大空间，无论从哪个空间推门而至皆可享自然。

The spacious terrace runs through the three Spaces, no matter from which space to push the door to enjoy the nature.

户型亮点：

1. 奢华客厅：43㎡超大方厅，形成围合式效果，聚会体验更升级。

2. 独立玄关：开门正对玄关，仪式感强，玄关联通客厅和餐厅，动线清晰。

3. 中西厨：独立西厨和中厨搭配，餐厨空间方正一体，规划合理。

4. 15米观景露台：阔绰空间尽享户外星空，流线型设计带来美感体验。

5. 双套房设计：三卫生间均实现干湿分离，近11.6㎡豪华主卫，配置双台盆与浴缸。
