一家六口154㎡江景房改造。三室一厅的户型不局促，但要合理安置下三代人和百余件物品，还是“烧脑”的。老式的装修，更无法突出江景房的特色，如何处理好人与空间和景观的关系，是本墨始终思考的问题。

入户是一个6m昏暗走道，厨房孤立，门洞也向开向走道，与主空间毫无互动。

卫生间与客厅一门之隔，不仅隐私保护和使用体验感都非常一般。客厅梁体左右分割，梁下才2.26m层高，进来客厅一面采光指数很低，与临窗部分形成鲜明的落差。双南卧室采光虽然很好，但是两间卧室的收纳力都很一般。

The entrance is a 6m dimly lit walkway, the kitchen is isolated, and the door also opens to the walkway, which has no interaction with the main space.

The bathroom is separated from the living room by a door, which not only protects privacy but also provides a very general experience. 将入户狭长走道做成了收纳间，运动器材，日常衣物通通有处收纳。

调整了厨房门洞方向，将厨房光线引入餐厅。

主卫做了干湿分离，如厕与沐浴内退到里侧，保护隐私，洗面也更便捷。

主卫旁客卧室做成了多功能房，榻榻米与升降工作桌台，方便随时切换功能。

客厅没有做电视墙，而是将用壁柜替代隔墙，形成超强收纳书柜。

沙发背后利用部分主卫面积做成了旋转楼梯，方便进入露台也引入天光。儿童房借出部分墙体面积，为主卧做成了嵌入式壁柜。

Part of the main bathroom area behind the sofa is made into a spiral staircase to facilitate access to the terrace and introduce daylight. The children's room lent part of the wall area, the master bedroom made into an embedded wall cabinet.

屋主讲究风水。玄关则是住宅风水的重要组成部分。我们在门口设计了四个壁龛，专门用来放改变运势的物件，希望一家人都能够好运常来。

The owner of the house is feng shui. The porch is an important part of the residential feng shui. We designed four alcoves in the doorway for fortune-changing items that we hope will keep the family coming.

门廊处是整排石膏线装饰的收纳柜，分类放换季衣物、鞋包和替换衣服，绰绰有余。

我们在和业主做调研时发现，他需要有足够的空间收纳杂物和放书，于是我们在客厅设计了一面多功能书柜墙！

During our research with the owner, we found that he needed enough space to store sundry items and books, so we designed a multifunctional bookcase wall in the living room!

法式石膏线让书墙更加优雅，即使堆满书本也耐看。定制柜顶天立地，收纳感人。最上层“书柜”，其实是房梁哦！为了和其它书柜、墙壁保持同样的视觉效果，用石膏线装饰。中间层展示，下层柜门放零碎日用品。

木制家具与tiffany蓝+石膏线的简单硬装，不复杂却显高级。由Gino Sarfatti设计的椭圆型Astep Model 2065吊灯，仿佛悬在空中般轻盈。

餐桌的设计灵感来自巴黎皇宫，十分复古，两把造型不同材质的thonet椅围绕桌旁，增添了质感和空间层次。Coffee bar是我们给喜欢喝咖啡的屋主设计的。这样在家冲挂耳，也能喝出仪式感。

Inspired by the palais de Paris, the design of the dining table is very retro. Two thonet chairs in different shapes and materials surround the table, adding texture and spatial layers. The Coffee bar is something we designed for homeowners who like to drink coffee. This way, you can also drink ritual at home.

考虑到美观和面积问题，冰箱并没挤在厨房，而是在餐厅做了一面冰箱柜。定制的tiffany蓝，颜色过于貌美。不打开根本不知道，里面藏了冰箱。

For beauty and space reasons, the refrigerator is not crowded into the kitchen, but a side refrigerator in the dining room. Customized tiffany blue, the color is too beautiful. You don't know until you open it. There's a fridge in there.

厨房整体定制的tiffany蓝，拼接大理石花纹墙面，简约不失高级感。另一侧美式胡桃木柜，充分利用空间的每一寸，兼具实用和美感。

业主一家人都很喜欢看电影，于是我们把卧室设计成了极度舒适的影音房！他们对画面和音效氛围很苛刻，考虑到要呈现最好的画质，帮他们选了极米RS Pro2，4K清晰度满足挑剔的眼光。

这次设计的9㎡书房，算是小户型装修的教科书了，功能多又时尚。地面抬高做榻榻米，客人来暂住可以睡这~同时划分成12块储物格！靠墙的隐形升降桌，不用时就是榻榻米的一部分。

两个儿子目前，作息在一间房，非常能满足幻想的儿童房少不了乌云壁纸和黑板漆。而考虑到安全和实用性，书桌的形状是贴合墙面定制的，小孩子平时除了在桌面上做作业，最喜欢的就是趴在上面看风景啦~
