法国VP建筑设计事务所承担设计的房山奥特莱斯位于北京南部的房山区。建筑面积109,000平方米，设计概念来源此地著名的汉白玉中国印。中国印以方形居多，而方形的四合院正是北京古建筑代表，通过中心主轴串连，由此决定了项目的建筑造型和结构。

The Fangshan Outlets, designed by French VP architectural design firm, is located in Fangshan District in the south of Beijing. The building area is 109000 square meters, and the design concept comes from the famous White Marble Chinese seal here. The square quadrangle is the representative of Beijing's ancient architecture, which is connected through the central axis, which determines the architectural shape and structure of the project.

设计内容包括奥特莱斯购物广场和购物中心。本地块由四个功能块交错而成，其中三个功能块为奥特莱斯区，西侧体块是商厦。奥特莱斯购物区是一期建筑，两层加地下一层零售业及休闲娱乐中心，以及餐饮为主的功能综合体，通过步行桥、自动扶梯、观景电梯、人们可以穿梭其间，从各角度领略下式沉庭院美景，并提升地下一层商业价值。穿插的庭院不仅提升商业格调，更为顾客以及附近居民提供休闲、放松的优雅环境。商厦为二期建筑，是一座4层大型综合购物中心，满足未来本区域的商业配套。

The design includes Outlets shopping plaza and shopping center. The local block is composed of four function blocks, three of which are Outlets and the west block is the commercial building. The Outlets shopping area is a phase I building, with two floors plus one underground retail and leisure entertainment center, and a functional complex focusing on catering. Through pedestrian bridges, escalators, viewing elevators, people can shuttle between them, appreciate the beauty of the down-style sunken courtyard from all angles, and enhance the commercial value of the underground floor. The interspersed courtyards not only enhance the commercial style, but also provide customers and nearby residents with a relaxed and elegant environment. The commercial building is a phase II building, which is a four-storey large-scale comprehensive shopping center, meeting the future commercial support of this area.

项目重点就是打造集世界名牌折扣中心为主体的大型综合现代服务产业项目。项目已于2013年5月交付使用。

The focus of the project is to build a large-scale comprehensive modern service industry project with the world famous brand discount center as the main body. The project was delivered in May 2013.

该商业中心整体占地面积在十万九千平方米左右，建筑风格更是充满着浓郁的特色，以人们熟知的汉白玉石中国印为主，呈正方形，远远望去就是好像是四合院一样。较为关键的是房山奥特莱斯还采用；了主轴轴承串连的方法，看起来十分的有个性。房山奥特莱斯的出现也吸引了无数消费者们的目光。

The overall area of the commercial center is about 19000 square meters, and the architectural style is full of rich characteristics. It is mainly known as White Marble stone Chinese seal, square, and looks like a courtyard from a distance. The key point is that Fangshan Outlets still uses it; The method of connecting the main shaft bearings in series looks very personalized. The appearance of Fangshan Outlets has also attracted the attention of countless consumers.

在房山奥特莱斯中拥有着众多不同的品牌，涉及皮具、美妆、护肤、服饰、儿童等系列，是一个集合了时尚购物、儿童娱乐学习以及餐饮为一体的大型商业综合体。不仅如此，房山奥特莱斯还是为数不多采用名品折上折的销售方式。据调查显示，奥特莱斯一周内的消费者人地人群占65%，外地人群在35%，由此可见该商业中心在市场上的影响力有多大。房山奥特莱斯交通便利，公交地铁更是紧密相连，方便了人们的出行。

The transportation of Fangshan Outlets is convenient, and the bus and subway are closely connected, which facilitates people's travel.
