福州世茂国际中心项目建设成集国际甲级写字楼、精品高档住宅、休闲娱乐、商贸服务于一体的城市CBD中心区，落成后总高度273.88米。

福州世茂国际中心位于福建省福州市中心，由世茂集团开发，法国VP建筑设计事务所设计，项目包括五星级酒店、高档办公、服务公寓及商业四大功能部分。整体规划由北向南为建设主体塔楼和附属裙房，之间以连廊联为整体。附属裙房建筑高度40.15米，地面建筑面积约17,008平方米；计划主体建筑高262.65米，主体建筑地面建筑面积约106,992平方米，总共57层，是目前为止福州市的最高建筑。

Fuzhou Shimao International Center is located in the center of Fuzhou, Fujian Province. It was developed by Shimao Group and designed by French VP architectural design firm. The project includes four major functional parts: five-star hotel, high-end office, service apartment and business. The overall plan is to construct the main tower and auxiliary podium from the north to the south, and the corridor is the whole between them. The building height of the annex podium is 40.15 meters, and the ground floor area is about 17008 square meters; The planned height of the main building is 262.65 meters, and the ground floor area of the main building is about 106992 square meters, with a total of 57 floors, which is by far the highest building in Fuzhou.

据世茂房地产相关部门负责人介绍，项目将规划建设一幢高达262.5米左右的中心大厦，用以经营超豪华五星级酒店和高级商务办公；还有四幢160米的超高层公园景观豪宅；此外，还将充分利用茶亭公园的地下空间建设茶亭公交首末站、地下商业广场。其中，中心大厦以262.5米高度（落成后总高度273.88米）问鼎高楼桂冠，成为福州乃至福建省的地标性建筑。

Among them, the Central Building has won the title of a high-rise building with a height of 262.5 meters (the total height after completion is 273.88 meters), and has become a landmark building in Fuzhou and even Fujian Province.

作为福州市的标志性工程，大厦于2008年5月开工建设，2013年6月建成。其主要功能为五星级洲际酒店、高档办公、酒店式公寓及商业。主体塔楼由上至下功能分别为：空中景观餐厅、高档公寓式办公、四星级酒店、高档办公等。裙房功能为精品商业建筑与酒店配套的宴会厅、游泳池等。法国VP建筑设计事务所在本项目中承担方案设计与建筑专业初步设计的工作。

French VP Architectural Design Office undertakes the work of schematic design and preliminary design of architectural discipline in this project.
