本项目所处位置是未来大宁波城市的重要节点，潘火地块的中心。为突出城市形象及宁波名片的重要地位，建筑布局与设置突出表现“向心性”理念，以南外环路为分界构建出南部中心，以酒店式公寓为地标性建筑，与高层住宅组合而成宁波东部新城、富于地标性的“城市”之“东方核心”。
Design concept:
The location of this project is an important node in the future city of Ningbo, the center of the Panhuo plot. In order to highlight the city image and the important position of Ningbo's business card, the architectural layout and setting highlight the concept of "centricity". With the South Outer Ring Road as the boundary, the southern center is constructed, and hotel style apartments are used as landmark buildings. Combined with high-rise residential buildings, it forms the "Eastern Core" of Ningbo's eastern new city and landmark "city".
在满足南北向板式建筑为主体的前提下，通过向心性处理，建筑布局灵活、富于张力，组群关系强烈，并且空间通透，成为真正的与环境、与自身风格结合的“全景观”建筑，空间在“向心性”的同时也具有“发散性”。
Under the premise of meeting the requirements of north-south oriented slab buildings as the main body, through centripetal treatment, the building layout is flexible, full of tension, with strong group relationships, and transparent space, becoming a true "full landscape" building that combines with the environment and its own style. The space also has "divergence" while being "centripetal".
作为“综合型现代生活示范区”的向心与发散的内气，汇集人气、商气，突出 “高可达性、集约性、整体统一性”，同时也散发出本项目的光芒、影响与气势。
