浈江产业园区是2006年9月经省政府认定的“广东省产业转移工业园”，2008年底由韶关市政府整合并入东莞（韶关）产业转移工业园，是莞韶产业园的核心片区，实行市、区两级共建。园区距离韶关市中心8公里，规划面积2.15万亩（14.3平方公里），远期规划面积3万亩（19.49平方公里）。园区具有良好的交通区位优势，毗邻京广铁路，曲仁铁路、省道S246线贯穿园区，连通广乐高速和韶赣高速，产品可直接在园区粤北国际物流中心报关出口，实现铁海联运。

 

Zhenjiang Industrial Park was recognized by the provincial government as the "Guangdong Provincial Industrial Transfer Industrial Park" in September 2006. At the end of 2008, it was integrated by the Shaoguan Municipal Government into the Dongguan (Shaoguan) Industrial Transfer Industrial Park. It is the core area of the Guanshao Industrial Park and is jointly built at the city and district levels. The park is 8 kilometers away from the city center of Shaoguan, with a planned area of 21500 acres (14.3 square kilometers) and a long-term planned area of 30000 acres (19.49 square kilometers). The park has a good transportation location advantage, adjacent to the Beijing Guangzhou Railway, with Quren Railway and Provincial Highway S246 running through the park, connecting Guangle Expressway and Shaogan Expressway. The products can be directly declared and exported at the Guangdong North International Logistics Center in the park, achieving rail sea intermodal transportation.

根据韶关市的规划，未来园区将打造成一个北部工业园，承接城市北移需求，形成北部经济圈。近年来，致力于打造以中机重工为主的机械装备制造产业、比亚迪为主的叉车总装及手机产业、汉鸿木业为主的木业家具产业、粤华国电煤矸石电厂及生物质发电为主的电力产业、国润烟草薄片为主的烟草产业、韶关紧固件产业园为主的紧固件产业、润得丰及韶铸为主的钢铁深加工产业、物流产业等产八大产业为主导的产业链。2017年园区力争实现固定资产投资25亿元，工业总产值30亿元，工业增加值8亿元，实现税收1.3亿元以上。

在解决历史遗留问题上下功夫。

一是规范资源开发利用。建立健全生态产品调查监测、经营开发、保护补偿、价值实现等机制，加快盘活土地、矿产、林地、水、岸线等重点领域资源资产，严厉打击自然资源乱占乱用等违法违规行为。

二是盘活闲置低效土地。健全征拆工作制度，有效盘活园区、近郊闲置土地和低效用地，动真碰硬破解土地要素瓶颈，让大项目好项目落得下、落得快。

三是规范国有资产管理。推动全区国有资源资产统一管理、统一开发、统一监管，防止国有资产流失，确保国有资产保值增值。规范政府投资工程项目管理，建立全流程绩效评估机制，防止工程项目粗放管理和税源流失问题。
