本案致力打造集生产、加工、示范、推广、科研、观光旅游休闲于一体的综合性农业开发区。

Design concept:

This case is committed to creating a comprehensive agricultural development zone that integrates production, processing, demonstration, promotion, scientific research, sightseeing, tourism, and leisure.

厂区建设注重运用高科技手段保护生态争取零污染；并选择性地开发区域生态旅游业，达到生态效益、社会效益及经济效益的全面提高，真正实现把始兴中汇油茶科技产业园建成全省乃至全国闻名的现代科技产业园区。

The construction of the factory area emphasizes the use of high-tech means to protect the ecology and strive for zero pollution; And selectively develop regional ecological tourism industry to achieve comprehensive improvement in ecological, social, and economic benefits, truly realizing the construction of the Shixing Zhonghui Camellia Science and Technology Industrial Park into a modern technology industrial park well-known throughout the province and even the country.

总体布局紧凑,合理利用现场土地资源,生产及配套区域分布适宜,主要为"一心、两轴、八区"的规划格局.的规划格局。一心：油茶生产区；两轴：中汇大道和入口景观轴；八区：百花观光区、生活服务区、行政办公区、油茶育苗区、科研育苗区、油茶种植示范区、商业餐饮区、专家生活区。

The overall layout is compact, with reasonable utilization of on-site land resources and suitable distribution of production and supporting areas, mainly consisting of a planning pattern of "one center, two axes, and eight districts". One Heart: Camellia oleifera production area; Two axes: Zhonghui Avenue and entrance landscape axis; Eight districts: Baihua sightseeing area, living service area, administrative office area, oil tea seedling area, scientific research seedling area, oil tea planting demonstration area, commercial catering area, and expert living area.

基地景观主要由景观主轴、组团绿化、中心景观和环绕景观节点构成。以中心景观为起点、景观轴线为视线引导，不同功能分区的景观体系在一定的程度上相互渗透，相互影响，形成良好的一体景观。

The base landscape mainly consists of the landscape axis, cluster greening, central landscape, and surrounding landscape nodes.
