工程概况：

改造旧城，还城市一个新形象，圆百姓一个幸福梦。2010年10月29日，金色螳川商贸城项目开工，安宁旧城改造正式拉开大幕。围绕总体目标，结合改造总量，安宁首先确定了首期改造重点：11号地块市中医院片区安置房建设、滨川路、中华路向东延长线改扩建及3号地块伊皇新天地项目建设的拆迁。

Project Overview:

Focusing on the overall goal and combined with the total amount of reconstruction, Anning first determined the key points of the first phase reconstruction: the construction of resettlement houses in the area of the City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Plot 11, the reconstruction and expansion of the east extension lines of Binchuan Road and Zhonghua Road, and the demolition of the construction of the Yihuang Xintiandi Project in Plot 3.

该项目总建筑面积2000000平方米，地下建筑面积380000平方米，用地面积280000平方米，容积率5.7，建筑密度45%，建筑层数4-33层。

金色螳川商贸城—安宁旧城改造项目位于云南省昆明安宁市老城区，分为6个地块总规划用地约600亩。通过旧城改造为安宁核心区注入新的活力，全面打造文化安宁，活力安宁，绿色安宁。项目功能包括酒店、5A级写字楼、集中商场，影院、仿古商业街、高层住宅等。同时通过旧城改造打造白花公园到东湖景观带，恢复重建永安桥，遥岑楼。
