长沙金茂梅溪湖国际广场项目是金茂集团首个购物中心综合体项目，是集览秀城、喜达屋豪华精选（超五星）酒店、绿色豪宅以及高端写字楼的综合项目。

Changsha Jinmao Meixi Lake ISQUARE Project is the first shopping center complex project of Jinmao Group, and it is a comprehensive project integrating Xiucheng, Starwood Luxury Collection (super five-star) hotel, green luxury residence and high-end office building.

在设计中，力求最大限度地集合多种业态于一体，充分利用地块的景观资源优势进行规划布局，注重建筑与场所的关系，各功能体之间相互借势，共同提升价值。从湖中及沿湖景观带上均有非常好的观赏角度，项目的形象极为突出，在塑造滨水城市形象方面有重要的作用。

In the design, we strive to maximize the integration of various business formats, fully utilize the landscape resource advantages of the plot for planning and layout, pay attention to the relationship between buildings and places, and leverage each functional body to jointly enhance value. From both the lake and the landscape along the lake, there are excellent viewing angles, and the image of the project is extremely prominent, playing an important role in shaping the image of the waterfront city.

长沙金茂梅溪湖国际广场是金茂集团开发的第一个体量超过了10万平方米的大型商业综合体，商业功能包括超甲级写字楼、购物中心和住宅。作为地铁上盖项目，项目位于地铁2号线文化艺术中心站——长沙湘江新区核心地块，紧靠湘江新区的标志性文化建筑文化艺术中心。

Changsha Jinmao Meixi Lake ISQUARE is the first large-scale commercial complex with a volume of more than 100000 square meters developed by Jinmao Group. Its commercial functions include super Grade A office buildings, shopping centers and residential buildings. As a subway overlay project, the project is located at the Cultural and Art Center Station of Line 2, the core plot of Xiangjiang New Area in Changsha, adjacent to the iconic cultural architecture, Cultural and Art Center of Xiangjiang New Area.

湘江为长沙最重要的河流，自南向北贯穿长沙城区，把城市分为河东和河西两大部分。河东以商业经济为主，河西以文化教育为主。梅溪湖板块位于湘江以西，属于大河先导区的重点区域，东接老城核心区，北倚滨江新城，南临洋湖垸板块，地理位置十分优越。

The Xiangjiang River is the most important river in Changsha, running through the urban area from south to north, dividing the city into two major parts: Hedong and Hexi. Hedong is mainly focused on commercial economy, while Hexi is mainly focused on culture and education. The Meixi Lake plate is located to the west of the Xiangjiang River and is a key area in the leading area of the Great River. It is adjacent to the core area of the old city to the east, the Binjiang New City to the north, and the Yanghu embankment plate to the south, with a very advantageous geographical location.

项目基地位于梅溪湖北岸，从湖中及沿湖景观带上均有非常好的观赏角度，项目形象极为突出，在塑造滨水城市形象方面有重要的作用。从西边二环线上可俯瞰基地，南边的岳麓山和其支脉桃花岭也可以远眺基地。

The project base is located on the north bank of Meixi Lake, with excellent viewing angles from both the lake and the landscape along the lake. The project image is extremely prominent and plays an important role in shaping the image of a waterfront city. From the west side of the Second Ring Road, you can overlook the base, while the southern Yuelu Mountain and its tributary Taohualing can also overlook the base.
