阿克纠宾油气股份公司生产技术指挥中心工程是由中石油阿克纠宾油气股份公司投资建设的办公大楼，位于哈萨克斯坦阿克纠宾市312步兵师大街3号。

The production technology command center project of Aktobe Oil and Gas Co., Ltd. is an office building invested and constructed by China Petroleum Aktobe Oil and Gas Co., Ltd., located at No. 3 Street, 312 Infantry Division, Aktobe City, Kazakhstan.

工程建筑设计新颖，采用中国式的对称结构布置，屋面采用一大两小仿石材GRC板对称穹顶造型，进行了完美的组合，取自天圆地方的寓意，也满足西方古典主义建筑的三段式设计，整栋建筑是中国式的建筑风格与当地民族文化相结合的演绎。显得简约、别致、厚重、古朴，又极具现代建筑技术带来的视觉震撼效果。

The design of the project building is novel, adopting Chinese style symmetrical structure layout, and the roof adopts a large and two small GRC board symmetrical dome shape, which is a perfect combination. It takes the meaning of round sky and place, and also meets the three-stage design of western classical architecture. The whole building is a combination of Chinese architectural style and local national culture. It appears simple, unique, heavy, and rustic, while also possessing the visual shock effect brought by modern architectural technology.

工程建设用地为47645平方米，建筑面积近3.5万平方米，主楼建筑面积为34231平方米，建筑高度为48.60米，地下1层，地上10层。中间是主楼，两侧分别为体育馆和报告厅，背面为食堂。主楼地下室柱、顶板梁采用钢结构，地上采用门式钢架结构。该工程项目为交钥匙工程，工期为13个月。

The construction land for the project is 47645 square meters, with a building area of nearly 35000 square meters. The main building has a building area of 34231 square meters, a building height of 48.60 meters, and has 1 underground floor and 10 above ground floors. In the middle is the main building, with a sports hall and a lecture hall on both sides, and a cafeteria on the back. The basement columns and roof beams of the main building adopt steel structures, while the above ground adopts a portal steel frame structure. The project is a turnkey project with a construction period of 13 months.

阿克纠宾油气股份公司生产技术指挥中心是一栋集办公、住宿、会议、健身等功能于一体的智能化办公大楼。该工程位于哈萨克斯坦阿克纠宾市，当地最低气温可达零下47摄氏度，一月平均温度在零下17摄氏度左右。大楼冬季施工周期长达5个月，低温给混凝土和钢结构的施工作业带来很大难度。

The Production Technology Command Center of Aktobin Oil and Gas Co., Ltd. is an intelligent office building that integrates functions such as office, accommodation, meetings, and fitness. The project is located in Aktobe City, Kazakhstan, where the lowest temperature can reach minus 47 degrees Celsius and the average temperature in January is around minus 17 degrees Celsius. The winter construction period of the building is as long as 5 months, and the low temperature brings great difficulty to the construction of concrete and steel structures.

技术人员对混凝土配合比进行优化设计，采用综合蓄热和电伴热等方法破解了高寒条件下混凝土施工的难题。在钢结构安装方面，他们采取多种预热保温缓冷措施和钢结构低温施工工艺，确保了焊缝达到设计要求。

Technicians optimized the design of concrete mix proportions and solved the problems of concrete construction under high and cold conditions using methods such as comprehensive heat storage and electrical tracing. In terms of steel structure installation, they adopt various preheating, insulation, and slow cooling measures, as well as low-temperature construction techniques for steel structures, to ensure that the welds meet the design requirements.

项目部还自创连廊玻璃加热系统，在顶部玻璃夹层内融置金属加热线，与电极相连进行加热，温度可达40摄氏度，解决了连廊顶部积雪的问题。项目部还严格控制施工质量，建立健全质量保证体系，使工程9大分部合格率达到100%。项目部推广应用多项新技术，并坚持自主创新，得到中国驻哈萨克斯坦大使馆、当地政府及使用单位的高度评价。工程建成后，即成为当地的地标性建筑。

The project department also created its own corridor glass heating system, which integrates metal heating wires into the top glass interlayer and is connected to electrodes for heating. The temperature can reach 40 degrees Celsius, solving the problem of snow accumulation on the top of the corridor. The project department also strictly controls construction quality, establishes a sound quality assurance system, and achieves a 100% qualification rate for the nine major parts of the project. The project department promotes the application of multiple new technologies and adheres to independent innovation, receiving high praise from the Chinese Embassy in Kazakhstan, local government, and user units. After the project is completed, it will become a local landmark building.
