尼雷尔基金会广场项目坐落于达累斯萨拉姆市商业核心区，建筑外观为双子楼设计，总建筑面积6.3万平方米，地下1层，地上29层，总高度146.6米，可俯瞰达累斯萨拉姆港和城市美景。

主要包括五星级酒店（尼雷尔大酒店）商业零售、甲级写字楼及停车场，是目前坦桑尼亚标准最高、设施最全，功能最完善的五星级商务酒店。
