设计后变身的老学区，惊艳到的不仅仅是你，苏州/室内

Because the children go to school, we have a plan to change our house. By chance, I got to know an intermediary friend of the client. The first house I saw with him was the origin of this set of works. A two family building, as a designer, I chose the one whose house type has not been changed. The next step is the design and decoration. From the perspective of a designer, share the ideas in the whole design process.

空间布局:

有孩子有老人的家，储物空间必须到位，所以我将赠送的14㎡车库也做了部分的储物空间，释放室内的空间。

Space layout:

In a home with children and old people, the storage space must be in place, so I also made part of the 14 ㎡ garage as a gift to release the indoor space.

空间意境:

拆除了之前的储物间，预留入户鞋柜，将原计划放在厨房的冰箱改在鞋柜的边上，为了外观上的统一，选择了内嵌式的冰箱。将主卧室的门洞开到餐厅和客厅的中间，确保客厅的沙发背景墙长度，也和墙面电视墙也能正对上。

Space artistic conception:

The previous storage room was demolished, and a shoe cabinet was reserved. The refrigerator originally planned to be placed in the kitchen was changed to the side of the shoe cabinet. In order to unify the appearance, an embedded refrigerator was selected. Open the door opening of the master bedroom to the middle of the dining room and the living room to ensure that the length of the sofa background wall in the living room can also be directly opposite to the wall TV wall.

设计选材:

打掉阳台的原本半墙高的窗户，装上折叠式移门，不影响室内采光。

Design material selection:

Break down the original half wall high window of the balcony and install a folding sliding door, which will not affect the indoor lighting.

洗衣空间放置在外卫的干区，不影响淋浴等功能区的使用。
主卧室门洞改变后入户设计一面置顶衣柜，在床头尾那一面墙也设计一排置顶大衣柜增加了需要储物空间。
次卧在预了一米八床之后，其余空间充分考虑到收纳，将原有储物间的部分区域定制了柜子。
儿童房的床设计成榻榻米，在朋友那里定制了床垫，所以能完全按照自己想要的尺寸来做调整定制。

The laundry space is placed in the dry area of the external bathroom, which does not affect the use of shower and other functional areas.
After the door opening of the master bedroom is changed, one side of the top wardrobe is designed for entry, and a row of top wardrobe is also designed on the wall at the end of the bed, which increases the storage space.
After one meter eight beds are reserved for the second bedroom, the rest of the space is fully considered for storage, and some areas of the original storage room are customized with cabinets.
The bed in the children's room is designed as tatami, and the mattress is customized from a friend, so it can be adjusted and customized completely according to the size you want.

用户体验:

地暖必须要装，虽然在南方，但是冬天真的很冷；家里有老人孩子，雾霾天多，新风一定要装；中央空调和水系统根据生活习惯也是要装的。

User experience:

Floor heating must be installed. Although it is in the south, it is really cold in winter; There are old people and children at home. There are many smog days, so fresh air must be installed; Central air conditioning and water system should also be installed according to living habits.
