温哥华森林位于北京别墅黄金带，奥北别墅区的核心位置。一期17栋样板间采用轻型木结构建造，外墙采用挂板、砖、石等自然元素材料，屋面采用沥青瓦，形成了四种北美风格：乔治亚、多铎、草原、工匠。

Vancouver Forest is located in the prime location of the Beijing Villa Golden Belt and the core area of the Aobei Villa District. The 17 model rooms in Phase I are constructed with lightweight wooden structures, with natural elements such as cladding, bricks, and stones used for the exterior walls, and asphalt tiles used for the roof, forming four North American styles: Georgian, Tudor, Prairie, and Craftsman.

温哥华森林一期138栋采用砖混结构加纯木屋顶，别墅轻松得到木结构的美观、保温及抗震优势。而用胶合木结构建造的会所显得大气、奢华、舒适和自然。

Building 138 of Vancouver Forest Phase I adopts a brick and concrete structure with a pure wooden roof, providing villas with the aesthetic, thermal insulation, and seismic advantages of a wooden structure. The clubhouse built with laminated wood structure appears grand, luxurious, comfortable, and natural.
