受设计上海和新天地艺术节邀请，MARS星球设计与西交利物浦大学设计学院合作创作“Mirage城市烟火”装置，马宁和于加石担任主创设计师，在位于上海新天地湖滨道绿地，呈现出一件具有生命力的互动性艺术作品。

Invited by Design Shanghai and Xintiandi Festival, MARS Studio collaborated with the XJTLU Design School to create “Mirage ” – a dynamic, interactive art installation located in the lakeside green space of Shanghai Xintiandi. Led by lead designers Ma Ning and Yu Jiashi, the work embodies vitality and public engagement.

“Mirage”从蔡国强烟花艺术中汲取灵感，借熟知的“烟花”意象，以高低错落的几何形态，勾勒出烟火绽放的绝美瞬间。

Inspired by Cai Guoqiang’s pyrotechnic art, “Mirage” reimagines the familiar imagery of fireworks through staggered geometric forms, capturing the breathtaking instant of their bloom.

为呼应设计上海“无边界乐园”主题，我们从童年游戏汲取灵感，为装置注入灵动互动性与趣味性，以动态光影、流线捕捉烟火绽放瞬间的绚丽。这既是对童年记忆的深情召唤，更是重塑观众与城市空间情感联结的纽带。

Echoing Design Shanghai’s theme “Boundless Playground,” the design draws inspiration from childhood games, infusing the piece with playful interactivity. Dynamic light and fluid lines capture the radiance of fireworks mid-explosion – evoking nostalgic memories while forging new emotional connections between viewers and urban space.

渐变色尼龙绳屏风勾勒出连贯流线，其缤纷色彩向马蒂斯的《小麦束 La Gerbe》致意：绿色寓意自然，蓝色映照天空，橙红色描摹花卉。

Gradient nylon rope screens trace continuous, flowing contours. Their vibrant hues pay tribute to Matisse’s La Gerbe: green symbolizes nature, blue reflects the sky, and orange-red depicts blossoms.

▼互动性与趣味性，Interactivity and Fun

这些色彩承载着天真与自由，与自然之美交相呼应。随着视线流转，色彩交融、光影交错，变幻莫测，吸引观众踏入一个绚丽的“烟花”之境。

These colors carry innocence and freedom, harmonizing with natural beauty. As perspectives shift, colors blend and light dances, inviting audiences into a dazzling “firework” dreamscape.

装置的结构、材质与运行机制皆经精心雕琢，旨在鼓励孩子们亲身参与、自由探索，通过触碰与声音与其互动。

Every structural, material, and operational detail was meticulously crafted to encourage children’s tactile exploration – responding to touch and sound.

▼开放性的入口，Open Entrance

另一大设计亮点是灯光系统：声音化作振动，由内而外传递，激发场域内五感的丰富感知。装置精准捕捉环境节奏与变化，随之实时灵动地起伏、闪烁、跳动。

A highlight is the sound-responsive lighting system: vibrations travel outward, activating a multisensory experience. The installation dynamically captures environmental rhythms, pulsing, flickering, and swaying in real time.

▼色彩与光影的交错，Interplay of Light and Color

特邀西交利物浦大学余一宾老师操刀作曲，为装置注入灵动音符。灯光不再静止，化作音乐的视觉舞伴，色彩与明暗随音乐脉动流转，为孩子们打造充满奇趣活力的沉浸式感官世界。

Composer Yu Yibin (XJTLU Design School) created an original score, transforming static light into music’s visual dance partner. Colors and luminosity pulse with melodic rhythms, immersing children in a wonder-filled sensory world.

城市花火，定格烟花绽放的浪漫瞬间，化作永恒。明暗光影交织，流线飞驰交错，奏响繁华都市的跳动脉搏。

“Urban Blossom” freezes fireworks’ fleeting romance into eternity. Interwoven light and shadow, streaking trajectories – together, they compose the vibrant heartbeat of the city.
