凌空SOHO，上海/建筑设计

Located in Shanghai, Lingkong SOHO covers an area of more than 86000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 350000 square meters. 12 buildings are connected into a space network by 16 air bridges. Skyscraper SOHO is the third architectural boutique jointly created by SOHO China, architectural designer and Pritzker Prize winner zahahadid.

凌空SOHO项目位于上海临空经济园区，由5栋40m以下商业、办公综合性建筑组成，包括办公、商业、餐饮、影厅等功能。

Located in Shanghai Airport Economic Park, Lingkong SOHO project is composed of five commercial and office complex buildings less than 40m, including office, commercial, catering, cinema and other functions.

设计采用了”化整为零，有机联结”的规划原理。在简洁的4条流线型建筑之间设置了6座不同标高的天桥，使所有的建筑和空间都不再孤立而是互相流通。而这些有着优美弧线的天桥，隐喻了中国传统”结”的概念，并在功能上提供了共享交流的平台。

The design adopts the planning principle of "dividing the whole into parts and organically connecting". Six overpasses with different elevations are set between the four streamlined buildings, so that all buildings and spaces are no longer isolated but flow with each other. These overpasses with beautiful curves metaphorically represent the concept of Chinese traditional "knot" and provide a platform for sharing and communication in function.

建筑造型采用了简洁的流线型的形体处理，让人联想到虹桥交通枢纽的高铁列车，呼应了”动感城市”的设计理念。办公楼在不同标高的互相联结，办公楼之间如同峡谷般的公共广场。而”四列高铁”中间插入的”弄堂”，不仅在建筑立面上增加了变化，同时让人感受到上海里弄特有的空间体验。

The architectural shape adopts simple and streamlined shape treatment, which reminds people of the high-speed train of Hongqiao transportation hub, echoing the design concept of "dynamic city". The office buildings are interconnected at different elevations, and the office buildings are like a public square like a canyon. The "alley" inserted in the middle of the "four train high-speed railway" not only adds changes to the building facade, but also makes people feel the unique spatial experience of Shanghai Lilong.

建筑规模

外形宛如4列巨型高铁蓄势待发的商业楼宇凌空SOHO2014年11月1日晚亮灯，正式揭幕。该建筑群占地8.6万余平米、总建筑面积约35万平方米，12栋建筑被16条空中连桥连接成一个空间网络。凌空SOHO是继北京的银河SOHO、望京SOHO之后，SOHO中国与建筑设计师、普利兹克奖获得者扎哈·哈迪德联手打造的第3个建筑精品。

Building scale

The commercial building, which looks like four rows of giant high-speed trains ready to take off, was officially unveiled on the evening of November 1, 2014. The building complex covers an area of more than 86000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 350000 square meters. 12 buildings are connected into a space network by 16 air bridges. Lingkong SOHO is the third architectural boutique jointly created by SOHO China, architectural designer and Pritzker Prize winner Zaha Hadid, after Beijing's Galaxy SOHO and Wangjing SOHO.

建筑特点

凌空SOHO已经取得了美国LEED金级预认证。为了保证室内空气质量，SOHO采用了新风过滤系统，办公室内新风的PM2.5过滤效果达到90%，远远超出国家标准，为室内人群提供洁净的空气。凌空SOHO在2层以上每层的茶水间中，配备5层过滤的直饮水，水质达到航天员饮用标准。为了节能减排、降低建筑能耗，凌空SOHO还将计划结合BIM系统建立全新一代的智能楼宇节能管理系统。

Architectural features

Lingkong SOHO has obtained the American LEED gold pre certification. In order to ensure indoor air quality, SOHO adopts a fresh air filtration system. The PM2.5 filtration effect of fresh air in the office reaches 90%, far exceeding the national standard, providing clean air for indoor people. SOHO in the sky is equipped with five layers of filtered direct drinking water in the tea room on each floor above the second floor, and the water quality meets the astronauts' drinking standard. In order to save energy, reduce emissions and reduce building energy consumption, SOHO will also plan to establish a new generation of intelligent building energy conservation management system combined with BIM system.
