A vibrant new destination has emerged in the heart of Antiparos, where retail and hospitality converge in a single, immersive space, set within the historic former folklore museum of Antiparos. A space of objects, scent, nourishment, and gathering, this innovative project – a shop, cafe and bar – was brought to life through a unique collaboration between Studio Andrew Trotter and its long term client and friend Eva Papadaki, blending refined design with relaxed island living.

1OAM apotheke的创始人Eva Papadaki，与Louisa商店的企业家Anastasia Tsourekas及Bardot的店主Thanasis Panourias合作，共同呈现了这一项目——是1OAM apotheke概念店的全新扩展版本，并融入了与品牌核心理念一脉相承的餐饮体验：颂扬有意识的生活方式、顺应季节的节奏，以及高雅而简约的美学。
The founder of 1OAM apotheke, Eva Papadaki, brings her creative vision to this project in collaboration with entrepreneur Anastasia Tsourekas of Louisa stores and Thanasis Panourias, owner of Bardot. Together, they present a scaled-up interpretation of the 1OAM apotheke concept store, enriched with a food and beverage experience deeply inspired by the brand’s core philosophy – a celebration of mindful living, seasonality, and elevated simplicity.

距离爱琴海仅数步之遥，这个空间捕捉了安提帕罗斯的精神：低调的奢华、天然的质感与不费力的魅力。它被设计成从阳光充沛的清晨自然而然地过渡到热闹的夜晚，灵活地将售卖1OAM apotheke品牌与精心甄选物品的概念店，与供应精致饮品和本地风味的酒吧相结合。
Located just steps from the Aegean Sea, the space captures the spirit of Antiparos: understated luxury, natural textures, and effortless charm. Designed to evolve from sun-drenched mornings into lively evenings, the venue fluidly combines a concept store offering the 1OAM apotheke brand and curated objects, with a bar serving refined drinks and local flavours.

“Our goal was to create a seamless experience where people can explore, unwind, and connect,” said Andrew, Creative Director of Studio Andrew Trotter. “The interior draws on the tactile essence of the Cyclades: lime-plastered surfaces, handcrafted ceramics, and warm woods – while remaining contemporary and unexpected.”

设计模糊了室内与室外的界限，采用由Theodor Psychoyos定制的大理石家具、柔和的灯光与中性色调。每一个细节——从精选材料到空间布局——都旨在唤起地方感，同时鼓励交流互动。
The design blurs the lines between indoors and out, using custom-built marble furniture by Theodor Psychoyos, soft lighting, and a neutral palette. Every detail from the handpicked materials to the spatial layout, was conceived to evoke a sense of place while encouraging interaction.

这里邀请访客从清晨到午夜进入一日的节奏。早晨的仪式从极简且低浪费的早餐开始——灵感来自村庄清晨的纯粹：一切皆为自制、新鲜与当季；香草取自后花园，咖啡来自Red Jane，茶则由1OAM apotheke调制（马罗提拉、野生牛至与鼠尾草），鲜榨果汁在树荫下奉上。
The space invites visitors from morning to midnight into a daily cadence that begins with morning rituals – a soulful, minimal-waste breakfast inspired by the simplicity of village mornings. Everything is homemade, fresh, and seasonal: herbs picked from the back garden, coffee by Red Jane, tea by 1OAM apotheke (malotira, dittany & sage), and freshly squeezed juices served under the trees.

夜幕降临时，这里变身为“植物酒吧”，供应以野生与本地食材调制的精致饮品，搭配随季节更替的菜单——在一个兼具家、商店与工作室氛围的空间中展开。这个合作项目为岛屿上的多功能空间树立了新的标杆，在同一屋檐下礼赞工艺、社区与创造力。
In the evening, the space transforms into a Botanical Bar, offering carefully curated drinks made with wild and native ingredients, paired with a rotating, seasonal menu – all within a setting that blurs the lines between home, store, and studio. This collaborative project sets a new benchmark for multifunctional spaces in the islands, celebrating craftsmanship, community, and creativity under one roof.
