近年来，TCDI在中国内地相继成立分支机构，包括：“广州创与思”及“广东维美广州分公司”，其中广东维美具备建筑甲级资质。公司业务遍及全国各地，主要从事城市规划设计、建筑设计、室内设计、软装设计等。

面对狭长的空间，设计师以空间切割的手法把空间水平切割成具有层次的平面布局，同时保留建筑骨架原始的混泥土材质，并施以精细构件形成强烈对比。
Facing the long and narrow space, the designer cuts the space horizontally into a hierarchical plane layout by means of space cutting, while retaining the original concrete material of the building skeleton and imposing fine components to form a strong contrast.
