这座住宅坐落于自然的海滨环境之中，以现代的方式重新演绎了传统的粗花岗岩石砌工艺。

To place this achievement in its natural seaside landscape, this house offers a contemporary interpretation of traditional works in raw granite masonry.

由于楼上的开间限制，屋顶无法采用传统的双坡形式。设计因此选择将单坡屋顶从地面“提起”，并与山墙分离，以此保留开阔的视野，同时创造出一个眺望景观的高台，并在炎热或多雨的季节下方形成一个受庇护的花园空间。

Since we could not extend the roof with two slopes in a traditional style due to the bays upstairs, the principle was to deploy the figure of the lean-to by lifting it from the ground and detaching it from the gable to preserve the views, create a belvedere overlooking the landscape and sheltering a protected garden for periods of heat and rain.

花园从住宅下方延伸，并在屋顶形成一片绿色覆盖。宽大的室外帘幕可以调节阳光的进入，让建筑仿佛漂浮在陡峭的坡地上，面向池塘与大海展开。

The garden which slides under the house will also crown it with a green roof. Large exterior curtains allow the solar gain to be filtered and this volume to float in this steeply sloping land towards the pond and the ocean.

建筑采用了现浇的低碳混凝土，并通过多种工艺展现材质的丰富表情：打磨、凿毛、保留原始质感、呈现哑光或光滑效果，还镶嵌了镜面抛光的不锈钢片，以矿物般的剪影呼应混凝土中石材的高贵气质。

The exposed low-carbon concrete poured in place was worked on in multiple aspects. Sanded, bush hammered, raw, matt, smooth, with inlays of mirror-polished stainless steel sheets with mineral silhouettes, recalling the nobility of the stone constituting concrete.

室外部分使用了适应海风咸湿环境的XS2混凝土，从而避免了寿命较短的覆层材料。室内则保留裸露的软木隔热层，不仅延续了花园的自然氛围，还改善了声学效果，并节省了衬层和涂料的施工，进一步优化了建造周期。

Outside, XS2 concrete adapted to salty air allows you to save on cladding that is not very durable. Inside, exposed cork insulation will extend the vegetal spirit of the garden, contributing to the acoustics while saving on lining and painting, to optimize the duration of the project.
