本案位于渝北区秋成大道与腾芳大道相交处,与重庆各区距离在25KM以内,距离渝北区中心地带 5KM左右,毗邻渝北区中央公园,项目周边居民小区数量较多,且已形成完善成熟的的社区,配套较为齐全。
This case is located at the intersection of Qiucheng Avenue and Tengfang Avenue in Yubei District, within 25km from each district of Chongqing, about 5km from the central area of Yubei District, adjacent to the Central Park of Yubei district. There are a large number of residential communities around the project, and a complete and mature community has been formed, with complete supporting facilities.



景观设计根据场地本身和人群诉求提出:“成长花园,编织梦想”为核心的设计主题。首先我们希望腾芳小学是孩子们进入校园跨出成长第一步的基石,孩子们能在学校老师的陪伴下茁壮成长,在巴渝文化氛围中积淀成长;其次我们希望腾芳小学能成为一座给学生们人生收获的花园,能为家长和学生提供一座学习与沟通的花园,同时我们在设计中运用雨水花园技术,节约水资源,将部分雨水再利用于校园植物的生长,使建成的校园是一座可持续的花园;最后我们希望巴渝民俗竹编文化在学生记忆中中代代传承,更期望学生们在腾芳小学校园内编织梦想、编织未来的同时将民俗文化全新演绎。
According to the site itself and the demands of the crowd, the landscape design puts forward the design theme of "growing the garden and weaving dreams" as the core. First of all, we hope that Tengfang primary school is the cornerstone for children to enter the campus and take the first step of growth. Children can thrive with the company of school teachers and accumulate and grow in the cultural atmosphere of Bayu; Secondly, we hope that Tengfang primary school can become a garden for students' life harvest and provide a garden for parents and students to learn and communicate. At the same time, we use rainwater garden technology in the design to save water resources and reuse part of the rainwater for the growth of campus plants, so that the built campus is a sustainable garden; Finally, we hope that the folk bamboo weaving culture of Bayu will be passed on from generation to generation in the memory of students, and we hope that students will interpret the folk culture completely while weaving dreams and future on the campus of Tengfang primary school.

校园景观结构为“两轴四园”, “两轴”为入口礼序轴和校园文化轴,前者兼顾主入口形象展示和集散广场的功能,后者结合建筑连廊赋予其学生作品展示、文化展览的功能。
The campus landscape structure is "two axes and four gardens", and "two axes" are the entrance ritual axis and the campus culture axis. The former takes into account the functions of the main entrance image display and the distribution square, and the latter combines the building corridor to give it the functions of student work display and cultural exhibition.

“四园”运用教学楼本身围合出四个花园,赋予其不同的主题,分别为“自然之舟”、 “魔方课堂”、“时光艺术”、“文学奇境”四个主题花园。“自然之舟”寓意编织探险家的梦想,为学生们提供课间休息、林下阅读的空间;“魔方课堂”寓意编织科学家的梦想,为学生们提供课间休息、户外课堂探索、课间游戏的空间;“时光艺术”寓意编织探险家的梦想,希望培养学生们更高的艺术素养,场地为学生们提供课间休息、课余时间自我展示的空间;“文学奇境”寓意编织文学家的梦想,为学生们提供课间休息、林下阅读、交流感想的空间。景观设计另一特色是充分利用场地屋顶空间,将平时被人们忽略掉的屋顶空间合理设计成为天空户外课堂,为学生们提供不同的学习活动环境,提高学生们的兴趣,激发学习活动热情。
The "four gardens" use the teaching building itself to enclose four gardens with different themes, which are respectively "the boat of nature", "magic cube classroom", "time art" and "literary Wonderland". "Boat of nature" means to weave explorers' dreams and provide students with space for recess and reading under the forest; "Magic cube class" means to weave scientists' dreams and provide students with space for recess, outdoor classroom exploration and recess games; "Time art" means to weave explorers' dreams, hoping to cultivate students' higher artistic literacy. The venue provides students with a space for recess and self-display in their spare time; "Literary Wonderland" means to weave the dream of a writer and provide students with a space for recess, reading under the forest and exchanging feelings. Another feature of landscape design is to make full use of the roof space of the site, and reasonably design the roof space that is usually ignored by people into a sky outdoor classroom, so as to provide students with different learning activity environments, improve students' interests and stimulate their enthusiasm for learning activities.

腾芳小学的特色办学理念为:腾飞的童年,芳香的人生。从字义上理解,分看:“腾”既有奔跑中奋进,也有飞升时的激情;既有旨在月亮之上的追求,也有搏击长空的勇气,正好与“空港”蕴含的意思契合。“芳”既有美名、美德、美声之意,又有感恩之情;本指花草的芳香,喻指人生的芬芳。
