实体示范区的设计初衷希望能完成客户从都市生活到度假生活场景的切换，开启身心的放空之旅。

 

The original intention of the physical demonstration area is to complete the customer's switch from urban life to vacation life scene, and open the physical and mental empty journey.

 

 

规划采用块面布局方式，置入600㎡的中央水景，空间要素均衡分布，形成具有节奏感的空间序列。碧绿的乌桕安静雅致，台阶层层延伸增加了自然艺术的流淌感，在空间当中隐隐约约出现横纵交错线性序列，与自然林带竖向生长的线条形成视觉上的层叠。

 

The plan adopts block layout, placing 600 square meters of central waterscape, balanced distribution of spatial elements, forming a rhythmic spatial sequence. The tallow green trees are quiet and elegant, and the extension of steps increases the flowing sense of natural art. In the space, a linear sequence of horizontal and vertical interlacing appears vaguely, forming a visual overlap with the vertical growth lines of natural forest belts.

 

 

前场干净通透的玻璃盒子坐落在林木茂密的山脚下，大面积玻璃加镜面水景，弱化建筑的厚重感，开放式售楼部沿街展示型强，拾阶而上，体块感的疏林草地对称分布，行径之中，喷泉涌动，玻璃盒子般的售楼部仿佛漂浮在山脚。

 

Frontcourt clean and transparent glass box is located in the lush trees at the foot of the mountain, large area glass mirror waterscape, weaken the building of massiness, open sales department display strong along the street, you step up, body sense of thin grass ground symmetrical distribution, ACTS, fountains, sales department as if floating in the bottom of the glass box.

 

 

从售楼部向下俯瞰，大片蓝色泳池呈现在眼前。林下的泳池舒适温馨，白色的躺椅、廊架，游泳的女孩，在开朗明亮的空间里塑造出了清新自然的景致，令人身心放松松。漂浮感汀步将泳池分为浅水和深水区，隔而未隔界而未界，增强了人们的使用参与性。

 

Looking down from the sales office, you can see a large blue pool. The swimming pool under the forest is comfortable and warm, white deck chair, gallery is worn, the girl that swims, gave pure and fresh natural scene is molded in bright and cheerful space, your body and mind is relaxed loose. The floating sensory step divides the pool into shallow water and deep water, separated but not separated but not bounded, enhancing the participation of people.

 

 

 

群山环绕绿林葳蕤，一汪泳池静卧其间，天光明朗，山林倒影在泳池里，成为平衡静谧场所的瞩目焦点。森林泳池，由平面至立面，触发让人们在工作之外的放松情绪需求。

 

Surrounded by luxuriant green forests, a pool repose in which the sky is clear and the mountains reflect in the pool, becoming the focus of attention of the balanced and quiet place. Forest swimming pool, from the plane to the facade, triggers the emotional needs of people to relax outside of work.

 

 

 

 

美的价值是不可度量的，我们获得的惊奇也无关知识，惊奇是从直觉而来的最亲密的接触，我们在设计中便是要去寻找直觉可能带来的惊奇。如果说设计师是梦境边界游弋者，那么他的任务便是将梦境中的可能感受到美好的事物带回到现实。

 

The value of beauty is immeasurable, and the surprise we acquire has nothing to do with knowledge. Surprise is the most intimate contact that comes from intuition, and it is in design that we seek the surprise that intuition may bring. If the designer is a dream borderliner, his task is to bring back to reality what might be perceived as beautiful in the dream.
