The Shanghai International Aviation Service Center project is located in the southern part of Shanghai city center. It is a complex building with functions of Commerce, office and hotel.
本项目通过复合功能的开发，使项目所处地块成为该区域的城市交流核心，并成为具有国际航空资源配置能力的管理平台。
Through the development of composite functions, the project makes the land where the project is located become the core of urban communication in the region and a management platform with the ability of international aviation resource allocation.
项目中南北贯穿的云锦路延续其曾为飞机跑道的记忆，改造成为主要干线勾勒出街区的框架。规划地北侧地块沿着云锦路，百米超高建筑此起比邻，让人联想到飞机跑道。200米高的双子楼巍然耸立，打造城市大门的地标形象。南侧的塔楼均在低区有裙楼，以适当的形状，如同凤凰的翅膀一样展开，围合成具有活力的广场。
In the project, Yunjin Road, which runs through the north and south, continues its memory of being an aircraft runway and is transformed into a main trunk line to outline the framework of the block. The plot on the north side of the planning site is along Yunjin Road, and the 100 meter ultra-high buildings are adjacent to each other, reminiscent of the aircraft runway. The 200 meter high twin towers stand towering, creating a landmark image of the city gate. The towers on the south side have podium buildings in the low area, which are spread out in an appropriate shape like the wings of a phoenix and enclosed into a dynamic square.
