In 1993, Daniel and Matthew initially created UAP under the name "City Artist". During the same period, studios and production factories were also established to support projects, collaborate with artists, and achieve art in the public domain. Their collaborative model provides artists with space to unleash their creativity, study materials, deliver projects, and expand their creative practices.
