中森公司成立于2005 年，是中国建设科技集团股份有限公司所属一级子企业，国家建筑工程甲级设计资质单位，全国第一批“国家装配式建筑产业基地”，中国建筑学会“科普教育基地”。其前身是创建于1993年的建设部建筑设计院上海浦东分院。
 
Founded in 2005, Zhongsen company is a first-class subsidiary of China Construction Technology Group Co., Ltd., a national class a design qualification unit for construction engineering, the first batch of "national prefabricated construction industry bases" in China, and the "popular science education base" of China Architectural Society. Its predecessor was the Shanghai Pudong branch of the Architectural Design Institute of the Ministry of construction, which was founded in 1993.
