上海长宁国际发展广场，上海/建筑设计

由 Aedas 打造的全新“山景公园”文创综合体, 地处长宁区凯旋路与淮海西路交汇处，10号线虹桥路地铁站出口处，毗邻上海城市雕塑艺术中心、红坊创意园等文创地标，但距上海各CBD核心区较远。项目之初摆在设计师面前的首要难题就是如何激活地块商业价值、吸引不同类型租户群和市民的同时，让建筑融入周边肌理。

The new "Mountain View Park" cultural and creative complex built by aedas is located at the intersection of Kaixuan Road and Huaihai West Road in Changning District, at the exit of Hongqiao Road subway station of line 10, adjacent to cultural and creative landmarks such as Shanghai Urban Sculpture Art Center and Hongfang Creative Park, but far from the core areas of CBD in Shanghai. At the beginning of the project, the primary problem facing the designer is how to activate the commercial value of the plot, attract different types of tenants and citizens, and integrate the building into the surrounding texture.

设计从山景中汲取灵感打造文化楼、办公塔楼、展厅和商业楼为山峰、山石。展厅和商业楼是简单的石块造型，而从屋顶自上而下的斜面玻璃幕墙，则像是石块上的裂缝和纹理，形状不一，隔街呼应。商业楼的顶部切割出几处露台，面向下沉广场，在享用美食之余还能欣赏建筑营造的山景。而下沉广场则如同一个个地下洞穴，让自然光线透入地下，曲折蜿蜒联通街道南北的地块，吸引行人流通。

Inspired by the mountain scenery, the design creates cultural buildings, office towers, exhibition halls and commercial buildings, which are mountains and rocks. The exhibition hall and commercial building are simple stone shapes, while the inclined glass curtain wall from the top to the bottom of the roof is like cracks and textures on the stones, with different shapes and echoes across the street. Several balconies are cut at the top of the commercial building, facing the sunken square. While enjoying delicious food, you can also enjoy the mountain scenery created by the building. The sunken square is like an underground cave, allowing natural light to penetrate into the ground, winding the plots connecting the north and south of the street, attracting pedestrians.

“我们的办公楼是非典型co-work，所提供的不是便宜的公共空间或办公桌椅租赁，而是一个可以长期建立关系的商业办公空间，在媲美集团总部的环境中提供不同尺度的个性办公空间，搭配多功能便捷服务，还有比这更好的选择么？” Aedas 全球设计董事 David Clayton 如是说。

"Our office building is an atypical co work, which provides not cheap public space or rental of office desks and chairs, but a commercial office space that can establish relations for a long time. In an environment comparable to that of the group headquarters, we provide personalized office space of different scales with multiple functions and convenient services. Is there a better choice than this?" Said David Clayton, global design director of aedas.

设计在打造独建筑造型的同时，兼融了室内空间的实用性和灵活性。塔楼采用高效的中央核心筒，标准平面以多边方形为主，进深合理，客梯分高低区，通过高区退筒营造出更宽办公空间，并利用斜柱结构转换配合建筑外型变化，使外观造型同时保证空间实用性。此外，独立空间为初创企业提供小规模总部般的环境，与其他大空间混坐的co-work相比极具吸引力。

The design not only creates a unique architectural shape, but also integrates the practicability and flexibility of indoor space. The tower adopts an efficient central core tube, the standard plane is mainly multilateral square, and the depth is reasonable. The passenger elevator is divided into high and low areas. A wider office space is created by retreating the tube in the high area, and the conversion of inclined column structure is used to cooperate with the change of building appearance, so as to make the appearance shape and ensure the practicability of space at the same time. In addition, the independent space provides a small-scale headquarters like environment for start-ups, which is very attractive compared with other co work with large space.

团队基于“城市再生”方针，顺应互联数字城市的变化要求，在互联枢纽发展的框架下，以社区为基础，透过个性建筑造型及公共空间为其注入独有的身份形象，让居民能够感受到归属感，从而成为后续营运中的重要份子，实现亲社区的可持续发展。

Based on the policy of "urban regeneration", the team complies with the changing requirements of the Internet digital city. Under the framework of the development of the internet hub, based on the community, the team injects a unique identity image into it through personalized architectural modeling and public space, so that residents can feel a sense of belonging, so as to become an important part in the follow-up operation and realize the sustainable development of Pro community.
