Yunzhou unmanned ship headquarters base of Xiangshan marine science and technology port in Zhuhai, Guangdong, with a building area of 54000 m2, is the first unmanned ship R & D and testing base in China. Focusing on the unmanned ship marine equipment industry chain, it is equipped with 8 categories and 108 subcategories of test projects, including indoor laboratory, test pool and offshore test area, to become a public technical service platform integrating "industry, University, research and application" of unmanned ship industry design, R & D, experiment and Application.

该项目建筑设计由深圳市建筑设计研究总院的建筑师孟建民主持，室内设计则由广田设计院的罗继发先生负责。

The architectural design of the project is presided over by mengjianmin, an architect of Shenzhen architectural design and Research Institute, and the interior design is in the charge of Mr. luozhongji of Guangtian Design Institute.

在室内设计时，罗继发与孟建民院士进行了深度沟通与配合，力求达到内外统一。建筑外观就像是两艘漂浮于码头正待远航的新型舰船，成为珠海的新地标，罗继发根据无人船基地功能定位，融合珠海云洲智能科技有限公司企业文化元素，以“水”为设计源点，采用流线设计手法，用“多样、包容、海洋”的设计语言，创造出科技感十足，兼具国际视野的现代化办公及展示空间。

During the interior design, luozhongji had in-depth communication and cooperation with Academician Meng Jianmin, striving to achieve internal and external unity. The appearance of the building is like two new ships floating on the wharf waiting for a long voyage, which has become a new landmark of Zhuhai. According to the functional positioning of the unmanned ship base, Luo Zhongji combines the corporate culture elements of Zhuhai Yunzhou Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., takes "water" as the design source, adopts streamline design techniques, and uses the design language of "diversity, inclusiveness, and ocean" to create a modern office and exhibition space with a sense of science and technology and an international vision.

一层大堂主要以流线艺术造型为设计主调，大面积的优雅白中嵌着静谧的海洋蓝，屹立的隽秀柱体，以不可估量的张力贯穿一二层，气势恢弘，与建筑本身的设计灵魂相得益彰。通过流水般的流线灯带化“静”为“动”，流淌着自由、惬意、恬静、从容，已如愉悦的音符欢快地跳跃，为空间增添了灵动与活力。游弋于优雅白与海洋蓝之中的水幕墙造型，寓意强大的生命力奔涌而出，源远流长。

The lobby on the first floor is mainly designed with streamline artistic modeling. The large area of elegant white is embedded with quiet ocean blue. The standing columns run through the first and second floors with immeasurable tension. The momentum is magnificent and complements the design soul of the building itself. Through the streamline light belt like flowing water, the "quiet" is changed into "moving", flowing with freedom, comfort, tranquility and calmness. It has jumped like a pleasant note, adding flexibility and vitality to the space. The modeling of water curtain wall cruising in elegant white and ocean blue implies that strong vitality surges out and has a long history.

从设计的视角看，横向的平面规划到纵向的天、墙、地造型，都把高科技的设计语言发挥得淋漓尽致。流线的起伏、流动，象征着企业的承载和不断地前进。简练的硬装，去除过多的装饰，独具特色的前台设计，旋转楼梯柔美的线条，彰显力量的上升。

From the perspective of design, the horizontal plane planning to the vertical shape of the sky, wall and ground give full play to the high-tech design language. The ups and downs and flows of the streamline symbolize the bearing and continuous progress of the enterprise. The simple hard decoration, the removal of excessive decoration, the unique front desk design, and the soft lines of the rotating stairs highlight the rise of power.

一层展厅以高科技蓝、黑色调为主，体现科技与神秘。从总理考察调研，到数百个专利证书以及4D体验展示，再到神秘车间，无不展示着企业的领先性。

The exhibition hall on the first floor is mainly high-tech blue and black, reflecting technology and mystery. From the premier's investigation and research, to hundreds of patent certificates and 4D experience display, to the mysterious workshop, all show the leadership of the enterprise.

二、三层公共办公空间以科技时尚与绿色休闲为设计主调性，开放式的办公空间，大胆的前沿设计，让办公区不仅满足现时的办公需求，也预想了未来工作场景中的人力移动和空间发展。几何造型变形组合的手法，简洁的块面，同色系的延伸，多层次的层叠，丰富了空间的可视性和节奏感。在如船仓一般的空间里，以梦为航，似梦似幻，向着梦想的方向护航前行。

The public office space on the second and third floors is designed with science and technology fashion and green leisure as the main tone. The open office space and bold cutting-edge design make the office area not only meet the current office needs, but also foresee the human movement and space development in the future work scene. The combination of geometric modeling deformation, simple block surface, extension of the same color system, and multi-level stacking enrich the visibility and rhythm of the space. In a space like a ship's cabin, we take dreams as the navigation, like dreams and illusions, and escort forward in the direction of dreams.

四层高管办公室位于“航船”最佳位置，均可以直接连通四层户外“夹板”大平台，视野无限开阔，在繁忙的工作之余，“看庭前花开花落，望天上云卷云舒 ”，面朝大海，春暖花开。

The senior management office on the fourth floor is located in the best position of the "boat", which can directly connect to the outdoor "plywood" platform on the fourth floor, and has an infinite wide field of vision. After busy work, "watching the flowers bloom and fall in front of the court, looking at the clouds in the sky", facing the sea, the flowers bloom in spring.
