At a glance, among the numerous projects under construction around, the Xiamen Airlines headquarters building project with a total land area of 32.8 Mu and a total aboveground construction area of 120000 square meters is particularly prominent. The office buildings and hotels included in the project are super high-rise buildings, of which the 185m high office tower is the highest building nearby.

“项目两栋塔楼采用飘窗形式的全玻璃幕墙设计，使建筑具有向外延伸的层次感，外置的交通核心筒突显建筑的科技感。”厦门航空有限公司后勤保障部副总经理叶清林在施工现场告诉记者，项目的建设坚持可持续发展理念，通过各项现代科技推进节能减排，将绿色建筑标准应用到工程的全生命周期中，目前设计已获得美国绿色建筑LEED金级预认证。项目竣工后，将在资源节约、健康舒适、绿色环保等方面带来全新体验。

Yeqinglin, deputy general manager of logistics support department of Xiamen Airlines Co., Ltd., told reporters at the construction site that the construction of the project adheres to the concept of sustainable development, promotes energy conservation and emission reduction through various modern technologies, and applies green building standards to the whole life cycle of the project. At present, the design has obtained the LEED gold pre certification of American green building. After the completion of the project, it will bring a new experience in resource conservation, health and comfort, green environmental protection, etc.

作为项目的重点、亮点，单元体幕墙的顺利加工及运输尤为重要。然而，由于幕墙单元体加工工厂都在武汉，今年春节后，项目的进展一度受到影响。面对突发情况，项目建设单位——厦门航空有限公司紧急组织调整，将幕墙加工地改为广东东莞，以最快速度打通了原材料和产品的加工和运输通道。

As the focus and highlight of the project, the smooth processing and transportation of unit curtain wall is particularly important. However, since the curtain wall unit processing plants are all in Wuhan, the progress of the project was affected after the Spring Festival this year. In the face of emergencies, Xiamen Airlines Co., Ltd., the construction unit of the project, urgently organized and adjusted the curtain wall processing site to Dongguan, Guangdong Province, and opened up the processing and transportation channels of raw materials and products as soon as possible.

为了赶上“失去的进度”，施工方从四川、安徽等疫情低风险地区高薪招募工人，协助他们在厦门住宿、工作；同时，在厦门市、湖里区各级政府的帮助下，项目的防疫物资也得以保障。2月20日，厦航总部大厦项目顺利复工，目前已有500名工人在场施工。叶清林表示，“我们积极抓好复工复产的同时，将风险防控摆在首位，加强日常防疫管理，责任到人，确保防控措施落实到位。”

On February 20, the Xiamen Airlines headquarters building project was successfully resumed. At present, 500 workers have been on site. Yeqinglin said, "while we actively focus on the resumption of work and production, we put risk prevention and control in the first place, strengthen daily epidemic prevention management, assign responsibility to each person, and ensure that prevention and control measures are in place."

随着复工的顺利进行，该项目的施工进度已回到正轨。目前，项目正在进行二次结构和幕墙工程施工、机电管线和设备安装等工作，室内装修施工招标也在同步进行中。项目将力争在明年春节前完成主体工程，并在2021年底投入使用。

With the smooth resumption of work, the construction progress of the project has returned to the normal track. At present, the project is in the process of secondary structure and curtain wall engineering construction, electromechanical pipeline and equipment installation, and the bidding for indoor decoration construction is also in progress. The project will strive to complete the main works before the Spring Festival next year and put into use by the end of 2021.

厦航总部大厦，位于厦门市两岸金融中心，仙岳路与环岛干道交叉口南侧，总用地面积2.2万平方米，总建筑面积17.5万平方米，是集5A甲级写字楼、五星级酒店及配套商业、休闲、金融、文化功能于一体的超高层综合性建筑，总投资近30亿元。大厦的设计单位是世界著名的英国福斯特建筑事务所，施工单位为中建四局，监理单位为厦门象屿工程咨询公司。

厦航总部大厦分为总部塔楼、酒店塔楼与裙楼三部分。其中总部塔楼35层，建筑高度185米；酒店塔楼31层，建筑高度140米；裙楼3层，建筑高度24米，主要功能为餐厅、多功能厅、宴会厅等；地下共3层，主要功能为车库、设备用房、酒店配套用房等。
