By integrating the elements of Western Hunan culture and historical city, the design highlights the beauty of traditional Tujia courtyards. The innovative layout of the street aims to improve customer flow, highlight the changing business space, and ultimately enhance the shopping experience of customers. The design of the project adheres to the concept of "interpreting tradition with modernity" and injects the cultural spirit of Western Hunan into the building complex. Spaces such as "streets, alleys and courtyards" are integrated into the reasonable traffic cycle of the business district, increasing the scene experience space.
从长沙城市规划布局上看，凤凰街所处的地段交通确实比较优越，位于湘江新区战略发展的良好位置，猴子石桥头堡、还处于湘江两岸中轴的中心、大河西门户位置。交通上西南二环直接通达、地铁3号线也在项目内设了阳光站，关键是其所在的区域覆盖大学城、阳光100以及含浦、洋湖几十个小区。商业价值具有稀缺性。
From the perspective of Changsha urban planning and layout, the location of Fenghuang street is indeed superior in traffic. It is located in a good position for the strategic development of Xiangjiang new area.
