这是由台湾大元建筑及设计事务所设计的位于台北的克缇办公中心项目，这是一个综合体项目，内部包含公司办公楼，活动大厅及商业空间。设计利用既有的狭窄的矩形空间，在西侧向内收缩，从而形成开阔的广场空间。两个低矮的体量两边由服务核心点缀，一个高层的体量悬浮在入口框架之中，它们组合起来形成综合体结构。低层体量之间的空间形成建筑的入口。高层结构则好似水晶形状的岩石，呈现出交替的黑色色调及浅颜色的玻璃结构，它由服务空间支撑，服务空间则是由石头表皮包裹，从而形成一种时尚的优雅感及轻松的氛围。

Located in downtown Taipei， the KeltiCenter is a complex that houses corporate offices， an event hall on the top floor and commercial spaces on the lower levels. Adopting the existing narrow rectangular form from the site with an east-west orientation， the building is set back from the street on the west side， enabling space for a generous open plaza with wide platform stairs. Two low-rise volumes flanked by the service cores on each side and a high-rise structure suspended from the “portal frame” make up the entire complex. The space between the lower volumes forms the building’s entrance. The high-rise structure resembles crystallized rock with alternating dark and light-colored glazing， and is supported by the service core enclosed by a stone façade， creating an image of trendy elegance and light-hearted tectonics.

克缇办公大楼位于台北市区繁荣商圈的要道底端。雄伟的造型、黑水晶般的玻璃量体，加上建筑物前方留设宽阔的广场，使得克缇大楼坚稳地锚定于此街道的端点，成为该区域重要的地标建筑。

Keti office building is located at the bottom of the main road of the prosperous business district in downtown Taipei. The majestic shape, dark crystal glass volume and the wide square in front of the building make the Keti Building firmly anchored at the end of the street and become an important landmark in the area.

整体建筑由门型框架、夹在其间的两座低层量体、以及悬挂在上方的水晶般玻璃量体所构成。两座低层量体之间形成大楼的主入口。如结晶岩石般的玻璃量体以复层深色低辐射玻璃构成，门型框架则以水冲式及平光面处理的石材包覆，开创出新颖韵律对比，赋予高雅美学风格。

The overall building is composed of a door-shaped frame, two low-rise volumes sandwiched between them, and a crystal glass volume suspended above. The main entrance of the building is formed between the two low-rise volumes. The glass volume like crystal rock is composed of double-layer dark low-radiation glass, and the door-type frame is covered with water-washed and flat stone, creating a new rhythmic contrast and giving an elegant aesthetic style.

建筑物低楼层为展示中心与餐厅，中间区段为企业办公室，顶楼是一13.5公尺高的无柱活动会馆，引入天光，可饱览市区视野景观。位于地下室的餐厅享有自一楼入口大厅流泻而下的自然光线。南北两侧的服务核为整体建筑物带来最大的空间灵活弹性。

The lower floor of the building is the exhibition center and restaurant, the middle section is the enterprise office, and the top floor is a 13.5-meter-high pillarless activity hall, which introduces the skylight and can enjoy the urban landscape. The restaurant in the basement enjoys the natural light flowing down from the entrance hall on the first floor. The service cores on the north and south sides bring maximum space flexibility to the overall building.
