空间划分-开放式厨房，上海/室内

The project is located in Pudong, Shanghai, where three generations live. The building area is 138m square meters, and the actual indoor feeling is less than 100m square meters.

上家房主按照建筑本身结构划分空间之后，厨房、卫生间、客厅，每个空间都比较狭小，各空间也因墙壁与门洞位置，整个空气流通性能也一般，功能区相互之间即孤立而又非常闭塞。

After the previous owner divided the space according to the structure of the building itself, each space of the kitchen, toilet, living room is relatively small, each space is also due to the location of the wall and the door, the whole air flow performance is also general, the functional areas between each other is isolated and very blocked.

本案最大的特点是公区通过重新调配厨房和卫生间位置，一方面释放出宽松的使用尺度感，另外一方面提升公区室内风的循环效率。其次是三个睡眠空间动线的调整，让原本低效的走道面积改成收纳区域，提升了建筑的收纳效率。

很多时候因为承重结构梁柱，苦于空间的调整优化的朋友可以收藏本案，细节方面的处理，可以作为借鉴。

The biggest feature of this case is that by redeploying the kitchen and toilet in the common area, on the one hand, a loose sense of scale is released, and on the other hand, the efficiency of indoor air circulation in the common area is improved. Secondly, the movement lines of the three sleeping Spaces were adjusted to change the original inefficient corridor area into storage area, which improved the storage efficiency of the building.

Many times because of load-bearing structure beams and columns, friends suffering from space adjustment and optimization can collect the case, details can be dealt with as a reference.

改造之前：

1.窄长型玄关收纳间，难以兼顾收纳效率与拿取物品的便捷度。

2.U形厨房，操作台面充足，难以容下两人同时操作。

3.北侧阳台废弃逐渐沦为储物间，阻挡了厨房光线也不利于通风。

4.卫浴与客厅相对，日常不便开门，有建筑南北通的条件却因不合理规划，使客厅夏天幽暗潮热。

5.主卧、次卧开门相对，使用私密性得不到保障。

Before the transformation:

1. Narrow and long hallway storage room is difficult to take into account storage efficiency and convenience of taking items.

2. U-shaped kitchen with sufficient operating table is difficult for two people to operate at the same time.

3. The abandoned balcony on the north side gradually becomes a storage room, which blocks the kitchen light and is not conducive to ventilation.

4. The bathroom is opposite to the living room. It is inconvenient to open the door every day.

5. The door of the master bedroom and the second bedroom is opposite to each other, so the privacy can not be guaranteed.

改造之后：

1.重置玄关收纳，改窄长玄关收纳间门洞位置优化使用便捷度。

2.调整卫浴与厨房位置，释放公区尺度感。

3.北侧阳台改成淋浴，衔接如厕与洗面干区形成便捷的二分离卫浴。

4.调整儿童房门洞最大化延展厨房橱柜操作台面厨房客厅、厨房儿童房形成内循环通风。

5.调整老人房门洞位置，两代人更多私密感。6.利用原来两卧室中间低效走道改为衣帽间让衣物存储量翻倍。

After the transformation:

1. Reset the entrance storage, change the narrow and long entrance storage room door positioning to optimize the convenience of use.

2. Adjust the position of bathroom and kitchen to release the sense of scale in the common area.

3. The north balcony is changed into a shower, connecting the toilet and face wash area to form a convenient two-separate bathroom.

4. Adjust children's door holes to maximize the extension of kitchen cabinets operating countertops kitchen living room, kitchen children's room to form internal circulation ventilation.

5. Adjust the location of the hole in the door of the old man's house to make the two generations feel more intimate. 6. Double the storage capacity by converting the inefficient walkway between the two bedrooms into a cloakroom

改造后入户玄关鞋柜与墙壁拉平，视觉统一清爽整洁，鞋柜下方距地面20公分，隔板分成了2层，方便放置更多鞋子。

After the transformation, the shoe cabinet in the entrance door is leveled with the wall, so that the vision is clean and neat. The lower part of the shoe cabinet is 20 cm from the ground, and the partition is divided into two layers, which is convenient for placing more shoes.

而鞋柜背面做成洗衣区家政间，调整了入口位置，门背后是与鞋柜集成家政收纳柜，这样正反双面存储，用最小的面积提高了存储物品的效率，同时也方便走动。

The back of the shoe cabinet is made into a housekeeping room in the laundry area, and the entrance position is adjusted. Behind the door is a housekeeping storage cabinet integrated with the shoe cabinet. In this way, the storage efficiency of goods is improved with the minimum area, and it is convenient to move around.

拆除非承重墙体后，原来的梁体和承重柱，做了修饰。水泥漆涂饰梁体与哑光水泥砖呼应，无法去除的承重柱体融入进中岛台，进门不再是一个悠长漆黑长走道，取而代之的是开畅明亮的洄游开放式厨房格局。

After the removal of the non-load-bearing walls, the original beams and load-bearing columns were modified. The concrete lacquered beam body echoes the matte cement brick, and the irremovable load-bearing column is integrated into the middle island. The entrance is no longer a long dark walkway, but a open and bright migration open kitchen pattern.

调整了儿童房门洞方向之后，整个橱柜操作台面便能够延展开，这样水槽和燃气灶之间的黄金三角备餐区面积更加充足。搭配西厨中岛台整体使用宽敞舒适，厨房实际使用从5m²扩展到15m²，足足比原厨房大了3倍。

Adjusting the orientation of the hole in the children's door allows the entire kitchen counter to be extended so that the golden triangle between the sink and the gas range is more spacious. 在配色上，空间尽可能做减法，整体黑白灰加中性木饰面，整体呈现出清爽、疏松，简练的视觉格调。

In the northern ancestral home of the family, there is a lot of pasta. The overhanging bar has gradually become a place for the family to make noodles and dumplings, and for the family to cook and chat. When the elderly cook, the family will accompany them.

与原厨房相衔接的是北侧不规则的弧形窗，因为存储空间不够，被房主用来收纳物品。经过重新调整功能，将其做成了淋浴区，尺度比原来卫浴淋浴间大出一倍面积，使用起来非常宽敞自如。

整片弧形窗采光也让空气流通变得更为效率，湿区干燥也不易滋生细菌。

Connecting with the original kitchen is the irregular curved window on the north side, which is used by the owner to store items due to the lack of storage space. After re-adjusting the function, it is made into a shower area, the scale is twice as big as the original bathroom shower room, and it is very spacious and free to use.

The whole piece of curved window lighting also makes air circulation more efficient, and dry wet areas are not easy to breed bacteria.

洗面区是从原来比较难用的收纳间凹出了一部分面积，加上承重结构墙截面，整个洗面区拓宽到1.1米，台面也比之前卫生间要宽敞很多，上下方都做足收纳。

与之相邻的是淋浴区难以使用的锐角拐角，索性做成了壁龛收纳，再难用的夹角也能奉献自己的价值。

A part of the area of the washing area is concave from the storage room which was difficult to use. Combined with the wall section of the load-bearing structure, the whole washing area is widened to 1.1 meters. The table is also much more spacious than the previous bathroom, and the upper and lower parts are fully stored.

Adjacent to it is the hard-to-use sharp corner of the shower area, which is simply made into a niche for storage, and even the hard-to-use corner can offer its own value.

客厅空间，与开放式西厨衔接，日常厨房窗打开后整个客厅穿堂风非常凉爽舒适，变更了功能区位置，也带来了更节能的生活状态。

The living room is connected with the open west kitchen. After the daily kitchen window is opened, the drafts of the whole living room are very cool and comfortable, which changes the location of the functional area and brings more energy saving living conditions.

临窗是沙发区，背景我们用板栗色壁砖，非常经济实惠的选材，独特的肌理感将各功能区在视觉上统一起来，达成功能和形象之间的理想平衡。

The window is the sofa area, the background we use chestnut wall brick, very economical material selection, unique texture will be all functional areas in the visual unity, achieve the ideal balance between function and image.

没有特地选择笨重的茶几，而是用一个轻松就能搬运的儿童桌替代，空间即保有基础的开阔感，又能伴随孩子成长适应成长。一块地毯将家人聚合在一起，搬走茶几，孩子在地毯上摊上一地玩具，父母在附近办公做家务，孩子也可以沉浸在自己的小世界拼乐高、看书，无拘无束。

There is no special choice of heavy coffee table, but a children's table that can be easily carried instead, the space is to keep the sense of openness of the foundation, but also can accompany the growth of children to adapt to the growth. A carpet brings the family together, remove the coffee table, children spread a lot of toys on the carpet, parents in the nearby office and do housework, children can also immerse in their own small world, Lego, reading, free.

客厅另一侧，调整过后两个次卧门洞之后，拥有了整片完整的墙壁。

The other side of the living room, after the adjustment of the two bedroom door, has the whole piece of complete wall.

于是我们统一做成了壁柜，充足的内存收纳能力，也给客厅清爽整洁提供了前提，地面摊的再多，分分钟收进柜体。

客厅墙壁我们采用红砖翻转铺贴的方式，露出背面的机理，搭配水泥艺术漆强调材质本身的属性外再组合细腻的乳胶漆，更加的突出了材质的质感于对比性，在没有使用特别昂贵的材料情况下，使整个空间更有层次及节奏变化。

除了餐厅与卫调整位置，形成客厅的穿堂风，调整门洞后的老人房与儿童房，主卧与主卫，毗邻两窗之间拥有更短路径，也更好的形成室内风的微循环。

2.9m*3.2m的矩形空间，9m²的卧室进出口位置从长边改至短边，没有窗洞、门洞的影响，卧室轻松实现整墙壁柜收纳，日常更易清爽整洁。

儿童房考虑到未来的更多可能性，更多的使用的是活动家具，伴随孩子的成长也容易灵活更换。

调整了原相邻主卧和老人房进门动线后，原来两卧室间的走道改成了步入式衣帽间，主卫衔接在最内里侧，一方面卫浴部分私密而安全，另一方面卧室的收纳量比起原卧室布局收纳量却翻了3倍。

After adjusting the entry line of the adjacent master bedroom and the elderly room, the walkway between the original two bedrooms is changed into a walk-in cloakroom, and the main bathroom is connected to the innermost side. On the one hand, the bathroom is partly private and safe, and on the other hand, the storage volume of the bedroom has tripled compared with the original bedroom layout.

有趣的是因为改造了这样一个衣帽间，上下楼的邻居经常隔三差五来参观，收纳作为全民痛点，同样的空间因为合理的布局，而拥有了更充裕的收纳效率，这一点在空间规划之初就需要运筹帷幄。

What is interesting is that after transforming such a cloakroom, the neighbors on the upper and lower floors often visit it every three to five times. Storage is the pain point of the whole people. The same space has more abundant storage efficiency because of reasonable layout, which needs to be contrived at the beginning of spatial planning.

经过步入式衣帽间，最内里侧是主卫，和公卫一致，主卫在材料方面同样选择的是色彩简练的微水泥和水磨石砖，与整体卧室凋性协调一致，冷暖色的反差对比丰富了空间层次。

Through the walk-in closet, the innermost side is the main bathroom, which is consistent with the public bathroom. In terms of materials, the main bathroom also chooses the micro-cement and terrazzo brick with concise colors, which is in harmony with the overall bedroom conditioning, and the contrast of cold and warm colors enriches the space level.

主卧没有选择常规的成品床，而是定制了一个17cm厚度的背板，手机、水杯、睡前的读物，都能拥有充足的空间安置。另外床头柜更是折叠面板，使用时放下，不用折叠进背板，宽敞而便捷。

无论面积大小，合理的规划，让内存充足，随手就能轻松整理，才能长久保持整洁清爽，住的宽敞舒适。

Instead of a regular finished bed, the master bedroom features a 17cm-thick backboard with ample space for mobile phones, water glasses and bedtime reading materials. In addition, the bedside table is a folding panel, when the use of down, do not fold into the backplane, spacious and convenient.

No matter the size of the area, reasonable planning, so that the memory is sufficient, easy to tidy up, in order to keep clean and fresh for a long time, live spacious and comfortable.
