固安规划馆地上三层，总建筑面积约为10,300平方米，分成展厅和办公会议区两大部分。从北京沿大广高速往南50公里，在固安工业园区的门户位置，业主希望建造一座城市展馆，来表达这个未来城市试验区“超越工业区，高于工业区”的全新社会内涵。建筑师通过建筑本体的语言来对其进行深层的解读，用一个简单传统的“编织”理念将诸多的要素——场所、生态、科技和文化等碎片还原成建筑整体。

The Gu'an Planning Hall has three floors above the ground, with a total floor area of 10300 square meters, and is divided into two parts: exhibition hall and office and conference area. The owner hopes to build a city exhibition hall at the gate of the Gu'an Industrial Park, 50 kilometers south of the Daqing-Guangzhou Expressway from Beijing, to express the new social connotation of the future urban pilot zone "beyond the industrial zone and above the industrial zone". The architect interprets it in depth through the language of the building itself, and restores many elements - places, ecology, science and technology, culture and other fragments into the whole building with a simple traditional "weaving" concept.

我们可以将其理解为类似九宫格的微缩传统里坊：由16个16米见方的盒子通过2m的深色玻璃体连接而成，每个盒子都有对应的空间功能，盒子与盒子之间是整个建筑的服务空间和交通空间。场地南侧为视觉开放区，由大面积的水域和广场组成。整个展馆就如同一个多宝盒，给人以悬浮在水面的感觉。入口与广场之间通过一座桥连接起来，夜间通过泛光处理，将建筑和环境融为一体，形成一种未来的梦幻气质。法国VP建筑设计事务所在本项目中承担方案设计与建筑专业初步设计的工作。

We can understand it as a miniature traditional square similar to the Jiugongge: it is made of 16 16 meters square boxes connected by a 2m dark glass body. Each box has a corresponding space function, and between the boxes is the service space and traffic space of the whole building. The south side of the site is a visual open area, consisting of a large area of water and square. The whole exhibition hall is like a multi-treasure box, giving people the feeling of floating on the water. The entrance and the square are connected by a bridge. At night, the building and the environment are integrated through floodlight treatment, forming a dreamlike temperament in the future. French VP Architectural Design Office undertakes the work of schematic design and preliminary design of architectural discipline in this project.

固安，距离北京天安门南50公里，这座十几年前默默无闻的小城，近年来由于其在全国突出的产业新城地位，几乎每年都会成为关于创新和科技主题的全球化峰会举办地。想了解这座小城“弯道超车”的过程，固安规划馆是个不错的选择。
