法国VP建筑设计事务所负责设计的华夏福朋酒店（喜来登集团管理）是由世界著名的喜达屋酒店管理集团管理、兴建的国际连锁酒店，于2013年初开业。项目位于河北省固安的工业园北区，地下一层，地上十三层，总建筑面积40,549平方米，总高度为56.66米。

The Fortuna Hotel (managed by Sheraton Group), designed by French VP Architectural Design Firm, is an international chain hotel managed and built by the world famous Starwood Hotel Management Group, which opened in early 2013. The project is located in the north area of the Industrial Park in Gu'an, Hebei Province. It has one floor underground and thirteen floors above the ground, with a total construction area of 40549 square meters and a total height of 56.66 meters.

廊坊华夏福朋喜来登酒店说明：

打造北京后花园城市，由华夏幸福倾城缔造。由世界著名的喜达屋酒店管理集团管理的五星级国际连锁酒店。这是喜达屋酒店管理集团在河北省的第一家酒店，酒店拥有250间豪华客房。

本设计分为主楼和裙房两个部分。主楼首层为全日餐厅、厨房、主题酒吧区等服务设施；二层为行政办公、会议、员工支援服务等房间；二三层之间为设备转换层；三至十一层为标准客房、普通套房及总统套房层；十二层为标准客房及行政酒廊、泳池设备用房，十三层为健身房、办公室、酒吧、泳池，男女淋浴及其他配套用房。地下一层为地下停车库、设备及后勤服务用房、消防安防控制室、员工食堂及厨房。

The first floor of the main building is full day restaurant, kitchen, theme bar area and other service facilities; The second floor is for administrative offices, meetings, staff support services and other rooms; Between the two and three layers is the equipment conversion layer; The third to eleventh floors are standard rooms, ordinary suites and presidential suites; The 12th floor is the standard room, executive lounge, swimming pool equipment room, and the 13th floor is the gym, office, bar, swimming pool, male and female shower and other supporting rooms. The first underground floor is the underground parking garage, equipment and logistics service room, fire and security control room, staff canteen and kitchen.

廊坊固安福朋酒店工程建筑面积4万多平方米，是一座设计新颖、施工精细的智能化、花园式五星级酒店，集酒店、会议、餐饮、休闲于一体，是当地的标志性建筑，又明确了争创鲁班奖的目标。工程复杂程度高，在工程施工过程中还存在许多难点。保信人从不畏惧，以“创新发展、追求卓越”的企业精神直面挑战，按照创“新技术应用示范工程、绿色施工示范工程”的要求，结合工程实际，开展科技攻关，全过程，全方位实施技术创新，推广和应用新技术、新工艺，努力践行“四节一环保”。

With a construction area of more than 40000 square meters, Langfang Gu'an Fupeng Hotel is an intelligent, garden-style five-star hotel with novel design and fine construction. It integrates hotel, conference, catering and leisure. It is a local landmark building, and also defines the goal of winning the Luban Prize. Due to the high complexity of the project, there are still many difficulties in the construction process. The Baoxin people never fear to face the challenge with the enterprise spirit of "innovative development and pursuit of excellence". According to the requirements of creating "new technology application demonstration project and green construction demonstration project" and combining with the actual situation of the project, the Baoxin people carry out scientific and technological research, implement technical innovation in all aspects throughout the process, promote and apply new technologies and new processes, and strive to practice "four saving and one environmental protection".

例如，在施工中，项目部用钢木组合构件代替传统木方，并研制了独特的边龙骨节点固定装置。形成以钢代木的新型模板体系及施工工艺，在质量、技术、实操、环保等方面都取得了不俗的成绩，最终总结形成的《一种龙骨模板施丁装置》获国家专利，《楼板模板钢木组合龙骨施丁工法》获得北京市工法。

福朋酒店项目部成立了多个“攻关小组”，先后攻克工程难题五十余项。在整个施工过程中，福朋酒店工程应用建筑业10项新技术(2010)推广项目共10大项21子项，自主创新技术5项，收获省部级工法2项、实用新型专利5项、外观设计专利2项、“北京市科技成果奖”1项，收到了良好的社会效益和经济效益，并于2013年5月14日通过北京市建筑业新技术应用示范工程的验收，整体达到国内领先水平。2012年7月，在工程验收专家组的高度赞扬中，工程顺利通过了“全国建筑业绿色施工示范工程”验收。
