工程概况：

根据“三级综合医院”整体规划标准要求，本着高瞻远瞩、放眼未来，高标准、高起点的原则，经医院职代会讨论通过，报县政府批准，决定筹建巨野县人民医院新院区。经相关领导及医院班子的多次实地勘察，新院址选在聊商路以西、327国道以南，总占地面积173亩。

Project Overview:

The project site is located in Shixing County, Shaoguan City. The total land area is 65678 square meters, the total planned land area is 64147 square meters, the total construction area is 32281.44 square meters, the building base area is 20043.11 square meters, the green space ratio is 30%, the plot ratio is 0.79, and the building density is 30.52%.

总体建设分两期进行，一期设计总建筑面积125000平方米，包括病房楼、门诊楼、医技楼、行政楼、教学楼、后勤楼、传染楼和地下停车场，设计编制床位1200张。

The overall construction is divided into two phases. The first phase is designed with a total construction area of 125000 square meters, including the ward building, outpatient building, medical technology building, administrative building, teaching building, logistics building, infectious building, and underground parking lot, with a total design capacity of 1200 beds.

巨野县人民医院新院建设用地位于巨野县城西部，巨野县政府西侧，花冠路和青年路之间，苏南商贸城以西，地块四周环路。

The construction site for the new hospital of Juye County People's Hospital is located in the western part of Juye County, on the west side of Juye County Government, between Huaguan Road and Qingnian Road, west of Sunan Commercial City, and surrounded by circular roads.

实际用地面积115750平方米，实际总建筑面积14.19万平方米，开放床位1200张，设有44个临床科室、15个医技科室、25个职能科室；拥有县域省级临床重点专科1个（骨科），省级优质护理服务科室1个（ICU），市级医疗质量示范科室1个(神经内科)，市级临床重点专科8个（心内科、神经内科、普通外科、骨科、泌尿外科、儿科、麻醉科、产科）、市级医学重点学科（ICU）。

The actual land area is 115750 square meters, with a total construction area of 141900 square meters, 1200 open beds, and 44 clinical departments, 15 medical technology departments, and 25 functional departments; We have 1 provincial-level clinical key specialty (orthopedics), 1 provincial-level high-quality nursing service department (ICU), 1 municipal medical quality demonstration department (neurology), 8 municipal clinical key specialties (cardiology, neurology, general surgery, orthopedics, urology, pediatrics, anesthesia, obstetrics), and municipal medical key disciplines (ICU).

设计理念：

充分利用充裕的用地条件；建立完善的综合医院整体布局；重点营造建筑内部外部庭院建设园林化的园医环境；体现可持续发展理念，近期建设与远期建设有机结台。

Design concept:

Fully utilize sufficient land conditions; Establish a sound overall layout of comprehensive hospitals; Focus on creating a garden like medical environment for the internal and external courtyards of the building; Reflect the concept of sustainable development, and organically combine recent and long-term construction.
