独山子是我国石油工业的发祥地之一，是西部重要的石油化工基地。这里先有石化工业，后有地方政府，是一个由矿区发展而来的城市。

Dushanzi is one of the birthplaces of China's petroleum industry and an important petrochemical base in the western region. Here, there was the petrochemical industry first, followed by the local government, and it is a city developed from mining areas.

工程概况：

新疆维吾尔自治区克拉玛依市独山子区距自治区首府乌鲁木齐250公里，距克拉玛依市区150公里。规划基地位于城市东扩新区大庆路东与天津路交汇处，距离独山子区政府600米左右，距老城区商业中心1200米左右，占据独山子东扩新区核心资源的重要发展区域。

Project Overview:

Dushanzi District, Karamay City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is 250 kilometers away from Urumqi, the capital of the autonomous region, and 150 kilometers away from the urban area of Karamay. The planned base is located at the intersection of Daqing Road East and Tianjin Road in the eastern expansion new area of the city, approximately 600 meters away from the Dushanzi District Government and 1200 meters away from the commercial center of the old urban area. It occupies an important development area of the core resources of the Dushanzi eastern expansion new area.

该项目总用地面积180500平方米，商业132655.8平方米，住宅80230.5平方米，办公20186.2平方米，酒店36566.6平方米，地下车库21962.5平方米。
