海西国际城位于福建省漳州市长泰县马洋溪生态旅游区，总占地7500亩。项目属低山丘陵区，整体地势北高南低，西高东低，规划区内最高点位于北侧山体，海拔203.5米，谷底海拔约为30-40米，有低山、丘陵、谷底等多种空间形态。
