流经河北省迁西县的长河是滦河的一级支流，河砂乱挖、铁矿乱采、无序排放等原因曾导致长河生态环境遭到严重破坏。

The Changhe River, which flows through Qianxi County, Hebei Province, is a primary tributary of the Luan River. The chaotic excavation of river sand, mining of iron ore, and disorderly discharge have caused serious damage to the ecological environment of the Changhe River.

2018年，迁西县启动长河河道整治生态修复攻坚行动，对河道及周边淤积、树障、垃圾和污染企业实施全面治理，建设集水源涵养、生态宜居、郊野游赏、文化传承等功能于一体的长河带状公园，为市民休闲提供了场所，同时改善了周边30余个村庄的人居环境。

In 2018, Qianxi County launched the ecological restoration campaign for the improvement of the Changhe River, implementing comprehensive management of sedimentation, tree barriers, garbage, and polluting enterprises in and around the river. It built a Changhe Belt Park that integrates functions such as water conservation, ecological livability, rural tourism, and cultural inheritance, providing a place for citizens to relax and improving the living environment of more than 30 surrounding villages.

以自然、绿色环保，促进人与自然和谐共生为理念，对6公里、24万平方米的长河河口进行景观化打造，实施“生态湿地、堤坝、景观绿化、健身步道”四大工程，建设“秀林鸣翠、万花芳灵、春耕野望、星火流金”四大主题广场，修建堤坝3900米，溢流堰6道，绿化19.2万平方米，打造集“水源涵养、生态宜居、郊野游赏、文化传承”于一体的生态休闲公园，成为全域旅游示范区创建的又一亮点工程。

Project Overview

Based on the concept of nature, green environmental protection, and promoting harmonious coexistence between humans and nature, we will landscape the 6 kilometer and 240000 square meter mouth of the Changhe River. We will implement four major projects: "ecological wetlands, embankments, landscape greening, and fitness trails", and construct four theme squares: "Xiulin Mingcui, Wanhua Fangling, Spring Farming and Wild Watching, and Spark Flowing Gold". We will construct 3900 meters of embankments, 6 overflow weirs, and green 192000 square meters, Building an ecological leisure park that integrates "water conservation, ecological livability, rural tourism, and cultural inheritance" has become another highlight of the creation of a comprehensive tourism demonstration zone.

长河河口带状公园项目从设计到施工，严格遵循尊重自然、绿色环保的理念，是迁西县聚焦全域治水、清水润城工程的亮点项目。

The Changhe River Estuary Belt Park project strictly adheres to the principles of respecting nature and green environmental protection from design to construction, and is a highlight project of Qianxi County that focuses on the overall water control and clean water Runcheng project.

以该项目为起点，迁西县将推进全县水生态稳定修复、水景观、水文化快速提升，实现全域水质达标，促进人与自然和谐共生，将清水绿岸、鱼翔浅底的美好画卷铺展在人们眼前。
