项目始建于1981年,是中船系统院的总部,经过多年使用,外立面已经略显陈旧,现有基础设施严重老化。未来项目的功能定位为研究基地,主要承担总部管理、战略规划、体系研究、成果展示和会议交流等功能。

改造后,外部形象焕然一新,更加符合现代科研办公建筑的特征,呈现出既庄重大方的气质。内部改造重点在于重新整合使用功能及提升空间的品质。新的外墙系统和新的机电系统能够大大改善室内热工、采光通风、舒适性。

建筑专业-设计理念与技术策略

1)拆除重建多功能厅,设置地下室作为消防水池和泵房等设备用房;2)主楼南侧新建两层通高度裙房,与主楼脱开两个内天井,作为人员休息场所。3)注重光影效果,大堂区域采用两层通高的落地玻璃幕墙,塑造了明亮通透的室内空间形象。4)对楼电梯、核心筒进行改造,更好的适应使用功能的需求,并满足现行规范的要求。

科研主楼为改造项目,原设计结构形式为预制装配式框架结构,楼盖为预制空心楼板+现浇叠合层,局部楼盖为现浇混凝土楼板。结构改造增加剪力墙结构单元,结构体系改变为框架-剪力墙结构,原装配式梁柱节点采取加固处理,保证结构机制为强节点弱构件特性;大部分楼盖建筑做法改变(荷载增加),空心楼板板底采用碳纤维加固,部分建筑功能改为机房,荷载增加较多,空心楼板板底采用预应力钢绞线+聚合物砂浆加固处理;对于承载力不满足改造后使用功能的框架梁柱采取粘钢加固,截面不满足要求者采取加大截面加固方式。
