这个项目位于广州长堤大马路新民坊，是一家面积仅25平方米的面包店。设计的核心挑战在于如何在极限空间内高效整合烘焙、展售、饮品制作及堂食功能。我们的思路来自热闹的街市巷道，将各功能区视为独立的“小贩档口”，以分散而有机的布局，在室内营造出流动、开放的“微型街市”氛围。

This project is located in Xinminfang, Changdi Avenue, Guangzhou, and is a bakery with an area of only 25 square meters. The core challenge of design lies in how to efficiently integrate baking, exhibition sales, beverage production, and dine in functions within extreme spaces. Our idea comes from the bustling alleys of street markets, treating each functional area as an independent “vendor stall” and creating a flowing and open “micro street market” atmosphere indoors with a dispersed and organic layout.

具体设计上，不同的功能均被设置成独立的体量。其中，临街界面左侧的堂食区水平敞开，压低的天花高度营造出亲切包裹的休憩空间。曲折的玻璃墙将这个空间分隔，形成内外呼应的“镜像”座位，模糊了室内外的边界。面包的展示、饮品制作及顾客互动的功能放置于临街的右侧，是店铺的核心。其高度依据人体站立尺度设定，且体量垂直于街道方向排布，形成主动招揽的姿态。一高一低的体量在交汇处自然形成了店铺入口，店铺的形态和尺度如同整个首层商业的缩影，邀请路人驻足探访。

In terms of specific design, different functions are set as independent measurement units. Among them, the dining area on the left side of the street facing interface is horizontally open, and the lowered ceiling height creates a cozy and enclosed resting space. The winding glass wall separates this space, forming a “mirror” seat that echoes the inside and outside, blurring the boundaries between indoors and outdoors. The display of bread, beverage making, and customer interaction functions are placed on the right side facing the street, which is the core of the store. Its height is set according to the standing scale of the human body, and the measurement body is arranged perpendicular to the direction of the street, forming an active solicitation posture. The intersection of high and low volumes naturally forms the entrance to the store, and the form and scale of the store are like a miniature of the entire first floor commercial area, inviting passersby to stop and explore.

材料上，细长条的白色瓷砖排布编织覆盖不同的功能体量，形成富有节奏的肌理。白色瓷砖既指向干净整洁面包房也勾连起旧时街市档口的印象。

On the material side, thin white ceramic tiles are arranged and woven to cover different functional volumes, forming a rhythmic texture. The white tiles not only point to a clean and tidy bakery, but also evoke the impression of old street market stalls.
