南洋美丽汇置身于山海天国际滨海美丽汇核心区位，项目整体以文昌独特的南洋文化故事线贯穿全局, 旨在打造特色文化旅游目的地。

景观设计通过充分发掘南洋历史文化脉络，以“侨乡”文昌四大古宅、宋氏祖居、溪北书院等历史文化遗产为创意蓝本，用“下南洋”为主题故事线，打造诗书耕读、南下之舟、异乡家园、西学东渐、扬帆起航等五大景观空间，将百年历史文脉，定格在南洋古街、文化广场和田海绿地，带来非凡的南洋风情文化体验。

 

By fully exploring the historical and cultural context of Nanyang, the landscape design takes the historical and cultural heritage of Wenchang, the "hometown of overseas Chinese", such as the four ancient houses, song's ancestral home, Xibei academy, as the creative blueprint, and uses "going to Nanyang" as the theme story line to create five landscape spaces, such as poetry and Book farming, going south to the boat, hometown of a foreign land, Western learning spreading to the East, and sailing, and fixes the century old context in Nanyang ancient street, cultural square, and farmland and sea green space, Bring extraordinary Nanyang style cultural experience.

 

 

踏着古香古色的石板，门前耸立着书香气息的牌坊，绕过牌坊，照壁毅然而立，瓦当、纹饰、线脚细致入微，与书院入口石狮相互映衬，寂静而沉稳的气息不言而喻。书院由前场与内院两部分组成。通过牌楼、照壁、广场和庭院，构成有序的递进景观序列，复刻本真的溪北书院氛围。

 

Stepping on the antique stone slab, the memorial arch with scholarly flavor stands in front of the door. Bypassing the memorial arch, the screen wall stands resolutely. The tiles, decorations, and moldings are meticulous, setting off each other with the stone lions at the entrance of the Academy. The quiet and calm atmosphere is self-evident. The Academy consists of front court and inner court. Through the archway, screen wall, square and courtyard, an orderly progressive landscape sequence is formed, and the authentic atmosphere of Xibei academy is reproduced.

 

书院广场入口设牌楼，左右两侧各题楹联：载籍极博，拆中于易书诗礼春秋；学问无他，求益乎身心家国天下。内容取自存的书法著作《楷法溯源》，寓意文化人的崇高理想追求和中国传统文化的博大精深。

 

The archway is set at the entrance of the Academy square, and the couplets on the left and right sides are inscribed: the book is extremely rich, and it is torn down in the book of changes, poetry and spring and autumn; Learning has nothing else, and it benefits the body and mind, the country and the world. The content is taken from the existing calligraphy work "tracing the source of regular script", which implies the lofty ideal pursuit of cultural people and the breadth and depth of Chinese traditional culture.

 

 

 

书院广场照壁正面题写“德以达才”，提炼于传统儒家思想，体现品德修养与知识才能的辩证关系，符合社会主义核心价值观，也契合书院教书育人的文化内涵；照壁背面刻有“南洋史话”，简介下南洋的历史，反映了南洋广大侨胞艰苦奋斗、生生不息的发展史、创业史和寻梦史。

 

The front of the screen wall of the Academy square is inscribed with "virtue to talent", which is refined from traditional Confucianism, reflects the dialectical relationship between moral cultivation and knowledge ability, conforms to the core socialist values, and also conforms to the cultural connotation of teaching and educating people in the Academy; "Nanyang history" is engraved on the back of the screen wall, which briefly introduces the history of Nanyang, reflecting the hard-working and endless development history, entrepreneurship history and dream seeking history of the vast number of overseas Chinese in Nanyang.

 

 

移步街道，建筑立面色彩丰富，热情奔放，南洋味道氤氲开来。特色酒店、商铺、现代衣橱、壁画、雕塑等目不暇接；踏下不经意踩中的精致雕花，仿佛在娓娓叙说着南洋异乡的故事。

 

Walking along the street, the building facade is rich in color, enthusiastic and unrestrained, and the flavor of Nanyang is dense. 故居倒影静静映照在水面，阐述着思想之情，街道内多处设置的古铜情景雕塑，烘托南洋氛围，牌楼的基座及柱顶都设置了具有南洋特色砖雕，牌楼顶部采用风情拱券，地面青黑色的石砖上，印刻着“南洋荟萃”主题铺装，尽显南洋味道。

Bronze scene sculptures are set up in many places in the street to foil the Nanyang atmosphere. Brick carvings with Nanyang characteristics are set up on the base and the top of the archway. 通过“村头一棵树”点景榕树、雨树树阵、文化牌楼等景观元素，铺陈文化中轴的景观序列，营造南洋美丽汇核心精神轴线。南洋古街上的特色酒店在建筑元素上沿用了海南传统老宅——陈家宅、符家宅、韩家宅、林家宅的部分元素，复刻其精华，这是对前辈的致敬，也是文化的再生。

 

Through the landscape elements of "a tree at the head of the village", such as banyan tree, rain tree array, cultural archway, etc., the landscape sequence of the cultural axis is laid out, and the core spiritual axis of Nanyang meilihui is created. The characteristic hotel on Nanyang ancient street adopts some elements of Hainan's traditional old houses - Chen's house, Fu's house, Han's house and Lin's house, and reproduces its essence, which is a tribute to the predecessors and the regeneration of culture.

 

文化融汇中西，应承了南洋文化荟萃致辞，南北内街一脉相承，又进行传统和现代的呼应，简约时尚的建筑主基调，在设计中采用“FUSION”混搭融合的手法，综合多样的传统元素，融入玻璃、金属等现代建筑材料，以简洁的建筑语言，塑造出时尚、兼具文化韵味的“现代南洋风格”，商业外墙挂着形制考究的南洋风情招牌，地面上设置的文化地雕及特色花砖，街头巷尾的情景雕塑及景观装置，就像是把历史上有关南洋的美好凝固成了画片，缕缕南洋情怀浮上心头……灯火通明的街道，来来往往的人群，展示一幅安居乐业的生活画面。

The main tone of simple and fashionable architecture adopts the method of "fusion" mixing and blending in the design, integrates various traditional elements, integrates modern building materials such as glass and metal, and shapes a fashionable and cultural "modern Nanyang style" with simple architectural language, The commercial walls are hung with exquisite Nanyang style signs, cultural ground carvings and characteristic tiles set on the ground, scene sculptures and landscape devices in the streets and alleys, which are like solidification of the beauty of Nanyang in history into a picture, and continuous Nanyang feelings float in my heart... The brightly lit streets, people coming and going, show a picture of living and working in peace and contentment.

 

扬帆广场以南洋船和灯塔为主景，营造扬帆起航的意境。南洋船以下南洋历史中最具代表的三桅帆船为原型，整体以木构为主，尽可能具象化打造扬帆广场片区景观亮点，营造南洋美丽汇标志性景观节点，船体结合商业功能，结合吧台、船身外摆、船尾艺术烟囱舞台和夜景灯光，打造特色码头花园。

 

With Nanyang boats and lighthouses as the main scenery, Yangfan square creates an artistic conception of sailing. Nanyang ship is the prototype of the most representative three masted sailboat in Nanyang history, which is mainly made of wood. As far as possible, it is concrete to create the landscape highlights of the sailing square area and the symbolic landscape nodes of Nanyang meilihui. The hull combines the commercial functions, the bar, the hull swing, the stern art chimney stage and the night light to create a characteristic dock garden.

 

 

位于扬帆广场东北角的“文荟塔”， 取其文化荟萃之意，作为美丽汇商业街的精神堡垒，具有强烈的昭示性，是商业街的制高点。塔体具有传统南洋风格的基座、门窗框和线脚，色调与建筑立面协调统一，塔体的每一个细节设计都有其特殊的文化立意，体现着相关南洋的历史文化及中国传统文化。站在文荟塔顶，能向东远眺铜鼓岭，向南鸟瞰整个商业街。下南洋大船鸣笛起航，灯塔象征着引航和守护，保佑文昌侨胞，同时见证着下南洋的探索精神发扬光大！

The tower has a traditional Nanyang style base, door and window frames and moldings, and the color is coordinated with the building facade. Every detail design of the tower has its own special cultural intention, reflecting the relevant Nanyang history and culture and Chinese traditional culture. Standing on the top of Wenhui tower, you can overlook Tongguling to the East and the whole business street to the south. The lower Nanyang ship whistled and set sail. The lighthouse symbolized pilotage and protection, blessed the overseas Chinese in Wenchang, and witnessed the development of the exploration spirit of lower Nanyang!

 

 

构筑物植入文化深化设计，设置灯塔、牌楼、照壁等构筑物，并深刻挖掘地域内涵，丰富内涵底蕴；12组主题雕塑设计呼应景观故事线，串联南洋故事线,，同时引入部分公共艺术装置增加游客互动体验，塑造雕塑的话题性与记忆点。
