中铝南方总部项目，上海/建筑
中铝南方总部项目基地位于上海世博会地区B02、B03地块商务办公楼区B02-A 地块，南高北低，远望黄埔江景。在规划道路侧南北塔楼均紧贴建筑控制线，建筑贴线率均超90%。其中B02A-03地块业态以企业对外办公为主，B02A-06地块以企业内部办公为主，在博城路一侧布置了约900平方米的商业，与规划的博城路商业带形成回游性的沿街商业系统。
Chinalco South headquarters project base is located in b02-a block of business office building area in B02 and B03 blocks of Shanghai WorldExpo area, high in the South and low in the north, looking at the Huangpu River scenery in the distance. On the side of the planned road, the north and South towers are close to the building control line, and the building line sticking rate is more than 90%. Among them, plot b02a-03 is mainly for external office of enterprises, and plot b02a-06 is mainly for internal office of enterprises. About 900 square meters of commerce is arranged on the side of Bocheng Road, forming a return business system along the street with the planned commercial belt of Bocheng road.
形态设计：
Form design:
1. 原型生成：设计最初概念来源于中国铝业公司的企业标志，企业标志性的大写字母“L”为出发点，从建筑学视角对此进行新的演绎，形成最终的体量与界面的组合关系。
1. Prototype generation: the initial concept of the design came from the corporate logo of Aluminum Corporation of China. The iconic capital letter "L" was taken as the starting point, and a new interpretation was made from the architectural perspective to form the final combination relationship between volume and interface.
2. 企业特征表达：铝，作为中铝公司支柱产品，也是中铝公司区别于其他企业的重要特征。设计时将“铝”这一最能体现中铝公司企业特征的展品为出发点，在立面幕墙设计、室内设计时，进行了创造性的运用。通过铝条的扭转、弯曲，充分体现中铝公司的企业特征。
2. Expression of enterprise characteristics: aluminum, as the pillar product of Chinalco, is also an important feature that distinguishes Chinalco from other enterprises. The design takes "aluminum", which can best reflect the enterprise characteristics of Chinalco, as the starting point, and makes creative application in facade curtain wall design and interior design. Through the torsion and bending of aluminum bars, the enterprise characteristics of Chinalco are fully reflected.
3. 场地契合：立面概念取自于“上海风情，黄埔水景” 中水之意，诗意的展现出黄埔江迷人的滨江景色。建筑立面上通过铝条构件的变化，是的建筑表情如同水纹一样波动，丰富而多变，与黄埔江呼应，体现滨江的场地特征。
3. Site fit: the concept of facade is derived from the meaning of water in "Shanghai style, Huangpu waterscape", which poetically shows the charming riverside scenery of Huangpu River. Through the changes of aluminum bar components on the building facade, the architectural expression is as fluctuating as water lines, rich and changeable, echoing the Huangpu River and reflecting the site characteristics of the riverside.
功能空间设计：
Functional space design:
1. 部门办公空间：有别于租赁式办公，企业办公空间要求以模数基础进行的办公空间设计，可以灵活迅速地进行办公空间的重新组合，从而更好地适应公司总部部门调整的需要。在部门办公空间设计时，将办公空间进深控制在13.5M内,形成无柱的部门办公设计空间，保证在实际使用过程中的灵活性，适应空间可变性需求。

In the design of department office space, the depth of office space should be controlled within 13.5m to form a column free Department office design space, so as to ensure the flexibility in the actual use process and meet the needs of space variability.
2. 决策层办公空间设计：决策层办公空间是展现了公司总部大楼的最重要的办公空间，也是面向重要客户的最重要展示空间。本方案将决策层办公空间设置于南楼顶层，其完成面标高为57M，俯视黄埔江江景与世博园区。同时，临江面挑空形成空中大堂，造就全方位的景观渗透，彰显中国铝业公司大气的企业形象。
2. Design of office space at the decision-making level: the office space at the decision-making level is the most important office space showing the headquarters building of the company, and also the most important display space for important customers. In this plan, the office space of the decision-making level is set on the top floor of the south building, and its finished surface elevation is 57M, overlooking the Huangpu River and the Expo Park. At the same time, the air lobby is formed on the riverside, creating a comprehensive landscape penetration and highlighting the corporate image of Aluminum Corporation of China.
3.地下“裙楼”空间设计：因项目规划限制，地上塔楼基本紧贴建筑控制线，难以通过裙楼空间消化配套的会议及餐饮等功能，故将这些功能布置于地下一层。但这种处理方式也产生了一系列空间愉悦性、消防疏散等一系列问题。经过综合考虑，决定引入下沉庭院，并在下沉庭院两侧布置餐饮、会议、企业展示等对空间愉悦性及消防疏散要求较高的空间，使得地下‘裙楼’空间‘首层化’。
3. Space design of underground "Podium": due to the limitation of project planning, the above ground tower is basically close to the building control line, so it is difficult to digest the supporting functions such as meeting and catering through the podium space, so these functions are arranged on the ground floor. However, this way of treatment has also produced a series of problems, such as spatial pleasure, fire evacuation and so on. After comprehensive consideration, it was decided to introduce the sunken courtyard, and arrange catering, conference, enterprise exhibition and other spaces with high requirements for space pleasure and fire evacuation on both sides of the sunken courtyard, making the underground 'podium' space 'first floor'.
