"E'e is like Mount Tai and the ocean is like a river" -- President's residence of Wuhan Greenland

中部的城市往往承擔著溝通四方、對話東西的地域空間使命。作為中國中部地區的地標所在，武漢綠地總裁公館建築主體的表達是建立在與周邊環境系統的聯繫之上。

Cities in Central China often undertake the regional and spatial mission of connecting the four directions and talking between the East and the West. As a landmark in Central China, the expression of the main building of the president's residence of Wuhan Greenland is based on the connection with the surrounding environmental system.

室內在延續建築表達的基礎上將古往今來的中西居住文化融入在設計理念中，CCD希望將“峨峨兮若泰山，洋洋兮若江河”呈現於世。

On the basis of continuing the architectural expression, the interior integrates the ancient and modern Chinese and western residential culture into the design concept, and CCD hopes to present "E E Xi ruotai mountain, Yang Yang Xi Rujiang" to the world.

圍廳間築

首層大堂空間對於這座636米的長江江畔地標來說，更像是一部史詩的開篇，設計對於東西方居住理念的提煉從一開始便鋪陳顯現，將西方現代的“幕牆”與東方自古的“圍合”特點創新融合成“圍廳間築”的設計思路。

Building between enclosed halls

The lobby space on the first floor is more like the beginning of an epic for this 636 meter landmark along the Yangtze River. The design refines the living concept of the East and the West from the beginning, and innovatively integrates the modern "curtain wall" of the West and the ancient "enclosure" characteristics of the East into the design idea of "enclosure between halls".

在這裡，空間關係被剝離成兩個層次，一個環境與建築的錯落佈置，一個是室內與環境的抽象圍合。花木、景窗、緩階、石徑、院落……

Here, the spatial relationship is separated into two levels, one is the scattered layout of environment and architecture, and the other is the abstract enclosure of interior and environment. Flowers and trees, scenic windows, gentle steps, stone paths, courtyards

這些融入東方傳統圍合住居韻味的元素被有機地安排在步入大堂的流線之上，令長江天塹與聳立入雲的現代建築消融了冷俊與淩厲，讓室內建築空間與景觀的聯繫也生動起來。

These elements integrated into the oriental traditional residential charm are organically arranged on the flow line into the lobby, which makes the natural graben of the Yangtze River and the modern buildings standing in the clouds melt the cold and sharp, and makes the connection between indoor architectural space and landscape vivid.

樣板展示公區

11F雖為暫時的樣板間接待區與展示區，但設計絲毫不曾懈怠，從項目整體的室內設計理念延續而來，以現代建築外殼下的“亭臺與迴廊”作為該區域的設計理想：

Model exhibition area

Although 11F is a temporary model room reception area and exhibition area, the design has never been slack. It continues from the overall interior design concept of the project, and takes the "Pavilion and corridor" under the shell of modern buildings as the design ideal of the area:

將接待入口、休息區、洽談區、藝術空間、樣板間通道等多個功能區域設計成東方古典院落中的場景，好似悠遠的住居情境融於高山流水之間。

The reception entrance, rest area, negotiation area, art space, model room channel and other functional areas are designed as scenes in the oriental classical courtyard, as if the remote residential situation is integrated into the mountains and rivers.

設計師在入口處劃分出獨立的前廳接待空間，將通往不同樣板間的通道設計為亭臺迴廊，一路上以藝術品與裝置小景觀重現古代的竹林小徑，引導賓客入口緩緩步入，如同中國古代若有客來訪，主人定當引領穿過三進院落下榻至廂房。

The designer divided an independent front hall reception space at the entrance, and designed the channels leading to different model rooms as pavilions and corridors. Along the way, the ancient bamboo path was reproduced with small landscapes of works of art and installations to guide the guests into the entrance slowly, just as if there were visitors in ancient China, the host should lead them through the three entry courtyard to stay in the wing room.

休息區座位疏密分佈，有的佈置在朝向落地窗景前，可直面長江天幕，陽光透過玻璃幕牆投射在大地色的地毯上形成斑駁若樹陰的疏影。

The seats in the rest area are densely distributed. Some are arranged in front of the French window view, which can directly face the sky curtain of the Yangtze River. The sunlight is projected on the earth colored carpet through the glass curtain wall, forming a mottled shadow like the shade of a tree.

以中國古琴曲《高山流水》中兩句作為公寓樣板間的設計主題，借用“昔伯牙鼓琴，子期能知其曲中高山流水之意，两人遂结成知音”的典故，在空間中展現山環水繞、情意相通的融融之情境。

Taking the two sentences in the Chinese Guqin song "high mountains and flowing water" as the design theme of the apartment model room, and borrowing the allusion of "xiboya guqin, Ziqi can know the meaning of high mountains and flowing water in the song, so they form a bosom friend", this paper shows the harmonious situation of mountains surrounded by water and connected feelings in the space.

空間明暗、開闔的節奏也是項目的關鍵之一。在設計師看來，這種空間和氛圍的變化是中國傳統空間最具魅力的地方。因此，設計營造出來的空間序列在天然光和人工光之間交替,空間的明暗也跟隨天然光和人工光的交替而變化；與之同步，視線的通透、封閉、半通透也在這個過程中被精心的安排。

The rhythm of space light and shade and opening and closing is also one of the keys of the project. In the view of designers, this change of space and atmosphere is the most attractive place of Chinese traditional space. Therefore, the space sequence created by the design alternates between natural light and artificial light, and the light and shade of the space also changes with the alternation of natural light and artificial light; At the same time, the permeability, closure and semi permeability of the line of sight are also carefully arranged in this process.

人們進入這裡，會在不同的時間、不同的角度看到古典“院落圍合”的重現和仿若聽見古曲“高山流水”的契合，這在某種程度上也是對時間和空間的經典致敬。

When people enter here, they will see the reappearance of the classical "courtyard enclosure" at different times and from different angles, as if they heard the fit of the ancient song "high mountains and flowing water", which is also a classic tribute to time and space to some extent.

Executive Restaurant

作為66F行政層的接待區，一開始就展示出古韻東方的優雅品味，將這座位於中部地區的“雲端家園”打造成了一片彌漫著濃厚藝術氛圍和無限東方禪意的“城中綠洲”。這裡的古韻並非傳統符號的簡單呈現，設計有意規避傳統裝飾符號的複製，而從空間入手，從意境入手。小中見大，峰迴路轉，從接待區開始呈現了似古典園林移步換景的場域精粹。讓設計主題“碧空逸境”呈現一處既有坐看雲起的胸懷，也有偷得浮生的閒情，方寸之間，自有天地。

As the reception area of 66F administration, it showed the elegant taste of ancient oriental from the beginning, and built this "cloud home" in the central region into a "oasis in the city" filled with a strong artistic atmosphere and infinite Oriental Zen. The ancient rhyme here is not a simple presentation of traditional symbols. The design deliberately avoids the replication of traditional decorative symbols, and starts from space and artistic conception. The classical reception area has changed from the classical reception area. Let the design theme "blue sky and leisure" present a place, which not only has the mind of sitting and watching the clouds rise, but also has the leisure of stealing floating life. There is a world within a square inch.

作為酒店中行政酒廊功能的66F，是武漢綠地總裁公館獨有的設計，將高端與專屬的尊貴感從酒店設計中借鑒而來，也是為未來居住人群做了生活方式的定制設計。

As the function of the executive lounge in the hotel, 66F is a unique design of the president's residence of Wuhan Greenland. It draws the high-end and exclusive sense of dignity from the hotel design, and also makes a customized design of lifestyle for future residents.

66F中餐區設計理念源自“暢敘幽情”四字，空間想像僅從字面就放佛從王羲之的《蘭亭集序》中走出，攜領我們穿越回到1800年前的魏晉時代。設計以“竹林七賢”為設計藍本，整體配色、用材均營造素雅清幽的用餐休息環境，身心相宜，讓人與自然，與自我達到淩空的和諧境界，在雲端處洞見和實現真我人生。從此處俯瞰外面，如同漫步在雲端，極目遠眺之處江天一色，旖旎風景給人無限的視覺體驗。當陽光透過整面的玻璃窗隨著時間的變化折射出不同光影；夜色中，灑落在視覺空間裡的輕柔光暈，賦予了空間更多的氣質內涵與視覺層次。漫步雲端，靈動靜謐的空間裡流淌著濃濃的文化馨香與藝術氛圍，靜坐于舒適的沙發上，尋找一個能讓內心平靜的驛站，靜觀雲端世界，告別塵世喧囂，獲得內心的寧靜。

The design concept of 66F Chinese food area is derived from the four words "freely narrate your feelings". The spatial imagination only puts the Buddha literally. It comes out of Wang Xizhi's preface to the Lanting anthology and leads us back to the Wei and Jin Dynasties 1800 years ago. The design takes "Seven Sages in the bamboo forest" as the design blueprint. The overall color matching and materials create a simple, elegant and quiet dining and rest environment, which is suitable for both body and mind, so that people can reach a harmonious state with nature and self, and see and realize their true life in the clouds. Overlooking the outside from here is like walking in the clouds. The river and sky are the same in the far view. The beautiful scenery gives people unlimited visual experience. When the sunlight passes through the whole glass window, it refracts different light and shadow with the change of time; In the night, the soft halo scattered in the visual space endows the space with more temperament connotation and visual level. Walking in the clouds, there is a strong cultural fragrance and artistic atmosphere flowing in the smart and quiet space. Sit quietly on the comfortable sofa, look for a post station that can calm your heart, observe the cloud world, bid farewell to the noise of the world, and obtain inner peace.
